General Description
The NC7SV32 is a single 2-Input OR Gate from Fairch ild’s
Ultra Low Power-A (ULP-A) Series of TinyLogic
ideal for application s that req ui re extr em e high spee d, high
drive and low pow er. This product is designed for a wide
low voltage operating ran ge (0.9V to 3.6V V
cations that require m ore drive and speed than th e TinyLogic ULP series, but still offer best in class low power
operation.
The NC7SV32 is uniquel y designed for optimize d power
and speed, and is fabricated with an advanced CMOS
technology to achieve high-speed operation while maintaining low CMOS power dissipation.
