Requires 1/2” male threaded nipple extending
4 1/2” - 4 3/4” outside the surface of the
finished wall.
Requires 1/2” male threaded nipple extending
3” - 3 1/4” outside surface of finished wall.

5/8” outside surface of finished wall.
Requires 1/2” male threaded nipple extending
3” - 3 1/4” outside surface of finished wall.
Installation: 06959XX1 only
Wrap the threads on the nipple with Teflon tape. Seal the
wall around the nipple with waterproof sealant.
Screw the mounting piece to the nipple. A 12mm Allen
wrench (not included) is useful. Slide the spout over the
mounting piece. Tighten the set screw with a 3 mm Allen
wrench.

Installation: All other models
Wrap the threads on the nipple with Teflon tape. Seal the
wall around the nipple with waterproof sealant.
Screw the spout onto the nipple, taking care not to cross
thread. If a final turn by wrench is desired, use a strap
wrench.
Turn on the water, flush, and check for leaks.
User Instructions - Diverter Tub Spouts
When the water is turned on, it will flow through the spout. To divert the water to the showerhead, push the diverter knob downward. When the water is turned off, the diverter will reset to
the spout position.
