SYMPTOMS POSSIBLE CAUSES
The door will not open and no red LED lights up.
The door opens and closes constantly. 1. The sensor "sees" the door moving. Increase the tilt angle and/or reduce the sensitivity.
2. Closing the door creates vibrations
The door will not close. Red LED OFF
