Mini Refrigerator
Introduction
Congratulations on the purchase of your new appliance. You have selected a
high quality appliance.
The instructions for use are a part of this appliance. They contain important
information about safety, use and disposal. Before using the product, please
familiarise yourself with all the safety information and instructions for use.
Only use the product as described and for the indicated purpose. If you pass
the appliance on to others, be sure to include all the documentation.
Intended use
The mini refrigerator can be used to chill or warm. Since it does not use compressors or coolants, it does not emit loud noise and contains no environmentally harmful substances. The small outside dimensions and the light weight
make it suitable for at home as well as on the go. This appliance will keep
food, beverages, baby food or cosmetics fresh. It is suitable to keep meals
warm at home as well as on the go.
The mini refrigerator has AC (for 230 V) and DC (for 12 V) mains leads to
operate it with different power sources.

and up, as well as by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities, or lacking experience and/or knowledge, so long as they are
supervised or instructed in the safe use of the appliance and understand the associated risks. Do
not allow children to play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance should not be
performed by children without supervision.
Only connect the appliance as follows:
– either to 230 V∼ (domestic socket) using the
included 230 V mains lead
– or to 12 V (cigarette lighter in the car or 12 V
connection) using the included 12 V mains lead
Only allow qualified personnel to carry out re-
pairs. Improper repairs may result in considerable
danger for the user.
Never pull the plug from the 12 V or 230 V socket
by the mains lead. Doing so may damage the
mains lead.
Do not operate the appliance with both power
sources at the same time. Doing so may result in
property damage.
If the mains lead of this appliance becomes dam-
aged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or

General safety instructions
CAUTION! RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK! Do
not touch the plug with wet or perspiring hands.
CAUTION! RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK!
Damaged appliances represent a danger of death
from electric shock.
CAUTION! RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK! Pull
the plug of the mains lead from the power source
before any cleaning and after every use.
RISK OF DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT OR
PROPERTY! RISK OF OVERHEATING! Do
not operate the appliance if it is damaged. This
appliance may be used by children age 8 years
Safety while operating the appliance
CAUTION! RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK! Be-
fore putting the appliance into operation, ensure
the mains lead and plug are dry.
CAUTION! RISK OF FIRE! Never place the
appliance in immediate proximity of open flames
or other heat sources.
ATTENTION! RISK OF OVERHEATING! Be
sure not to cover the vents at the back of the appliance and that the heat generated during operation can dissipate adequately. Ensure adequate
clearance between the appliance and the wall or
objects to allow air to circulate freely.
Protect the appliance and the mains lead from
heat, rain and moisture, and other damage.
Damaged mains leads present a risk of death due
to electric shock.
Do not directly fill the interior with liquid or ice.
Doing so could result in property damage.
Do not store explosive substances, e.g. aerosol
containers with flammable propellant, inside this
appliance.

Never immerse the appliance in water. Doing so
could damage the electrical equipment.
When travelling by car, do not transport the
appliance in the passenger compartment.
When operating on 12 V, always be sure the 12 V
plug is firmly and securely connected inside the
cigarette lighter socket and the connector is clean.
Improper contact between the plug and socket
may result in the power supply frequently switching on and off due to vibration from the vehicle.
This can result in overheating.
The manufacturer is not liable for damages due to
improper use or incorrect operation.
This appliance is not a freezer and is therefore
unsuited to freeze food.
Do not disassemble this appliance. In the event of
a malfunction, please contact the manufacturer or
visit the authorised specialist shop.
Do not expose this appliance to rain.
ambient temperatures. The internal temperature can be controlled by turning
the cooling output switch:
Turn the cooling output switch 3 clockwise toward „MAX“. This gives
you a lower (colder) inside temperature.
Turn the cooling output switch 3 counter-clockwise toward „OFF“. This
gives you a higher (warmer) inside temperature.
Turn the cooling output switch 3 to the „OFF“ position. This will switch
the appliance off.
Note: For a temperature below 14 °C, turn the cooling output switch
clockwise toward „MAX“. In this case the cooling unit will always produce a
temperature difference from the actual ambient temperature of approx. 17°
to 18 °C below the ambient temperature. Please note, the appliance will
then consume more energy than in normal operation!

Function in 12 V operation
ATTENTION! The temperature control at the back of the appliance is
only suitable for 230V operation and does not work in 12 V operation.
In 12 V operation the cooling unit always produces a temperature difference from the ambient temperature of up to 17° to 18°C. The cooling
output cannot be adjusted with the temperature control at the back of the
appliance.

and energy saving
General information on use
Dry the surfaces of the items to be refrigerated to prevent condensation.
When operated via 12 V power source, be careful not to switch the car
engine on and off frequently so as not to constantly interrupt the power
supply to the appliance. Please also note the car battery may become
almost exhausted if the engine is off.
Operation
Due to the materials used, the inside of the appliance may emit an odour
typical for the product prior to first use. This odour is harmless, but for reasons of hygiene we do recommend wiping the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth (also see chapter „Cleaning and Care“) prior to
first use. Further, do not store unpackaged foods in it.
Place the appliance on a firm and level surface.
Depending on the choice of power source, connect either the 12 V or the
230 V mains lead to the socket of the selected power source and set the
AC/DC switch
- In 12 V operation = the appliance start operating immediately.
- In 230 V operation = switch on the appliance using the cooling
efficiency switch
Set the function switch 7 to the HOT position to enable the warming
function.
Set the function switch 7 to the COLD position to enable the cooling
function.
Set the function switch 7 to the OFF position to switch the appliance
off, and unplug the mains lead from the power source.

Function with 230 V operation in „eco mode“
In normal operation (cooling output switch in the ‚eco‘ position (small dot on
the rotary knob points to ‚eco‘)) the mini refrigerator operates at maximum
energy efficiency, and at an ambient temperature of approx. 25°C the inside
will reach a temperature of approx. 14° to 17°C. This corresponds to a
Delta T (Delta T = difference between ambient temperature and internal
temperature) of approx. 8 - 11°C.
Since the specific ambient temperature affects the temperature inside a mini
refrigerator, the Delta T output in ‚eco mode‘ is also always 8 - 11°C in other
Select a location which is well ventilated and protected from sunshine.
In cooling mode, only place pre-chilled items in the appliance.
Do not open the appliance longer than necessary.
Do not leave the door open longer than necessary.
Ensure the appliance is not packed too full and air can circulate
adequately between the contents.
If the appliance will not be used for extended periods, switch the
appliance off and unplug from power.
Cleaning and Care
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents to clean. Doing so may result in
property damage.
Always unplug the mains lead from the socket or the 12 V connection be-
fore cleaning. Otherwise there is a risk of electric shock.
Be sure water or other liquids do not enter the vents.
Regularly dust the appliance.
Clean the appliance, always whilst switched off, using a damp cloth and
a mild soap solution (use common household cleaners).
