Improves equipment life and performance by removing at least 90%+ of all dissolved solids using Reverse Osmosis Separation Technology

A reduction in Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) makes the water less likely to impart undesirable tastes in beverages, sauces, soups and other food products

Especially useful on steamers, warmers, steam boilers and other evaporative equipment that are not emptied each day

Heating surfaces maintain peak heat transfer efficiency, reducing cycle times and energy consumption

Limits limescale build-up, which can cause excessive machine downtime and maintenance costs

Sanitary cartridge replacement is simple, quick and clean. Internal filter parts are never exposed to handling or contamination

Install vertically with cartridge hanging down

Allow 2-1/2” clearance below the cartridge for easy cartridge replacement

Use piping materials suitable for high-purity water after MRS System

Refer to Installation, Operation & Maintenance manual for cartridge flushing and RO start-up

Change MR Cartridge on a regular preventative maintenance program.

Change MR Cartridge when output capacity diminishes by 15%, or when output pressure becomes too low.

Always flush the MR cartridge at time of installation and cartridge change

Proper pre-treatment is required to control MR Cartridge (membrane) scale formation and/or fouling.

- Raw water hardness in excess of 7 grains per gallon should be softened to extend cartridge life

- The raw water may contain chlorine or other oxidizers and the use of a carbon pre-filter is recommended.

Coffee/espresso machines, reconstitution, ice, flash steamers, conventional steamers, combiovens and multiple applications

Daily Production Rate: 600 GPD (2,271 lpd) Nominal. Water pressure, feedwater quality and temperature will effect actual daily production rate

Service Flow Rate: Dependant on water volume and pressure in storage tank(s), and line size(s) to equipment

Pressure Requirements: 40 - 100 psi (276 - 689 kPa), non-shock.

Inlet Temperature: 35 - 100°F (2 - 38°C)

The contaminants or other substances removed or reduced by this system are not necessarily in your water. Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system.

Everpure replaceable elements (filter cartridges and water treatment cartridges) are covered by a limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year after date of purchase.
