Both Drive and Vibe have an alternate voicing that can
be toggled by pressing the LED Buttons above their
corresponding footswitch. The color of the LED Button
indicates the chosen voicing.
Green Drive is a dynamic, mid range crunch.
Red Drive is a smooth and boosted overdrive.
Green Vibe is the traditional Uni-Vibe.
Red Vibe is a deeper, phasey Vibe.

Presets 5 On Board, 127 Via MIDI
The current Preset is indicated on the Preset LED Ladder. When a Preset is modied the Preset LED blinks once.
Perform and Preset Modes
Press and hold Vibe Footswitch to toggle between
Perform and Preset Modes. Preset LEDs will blink twice.
Perform Mode: Footswitches turn Drive and Vibe
eects on and o, and the corresponding LED Buttons
toggle between 2 available voicings (Green or Red).
When loading a new Preset, knob positions will not
align with their current parameter values. As a result,
turning a knob will likely cause an audibly abrupt
change. With Catch Up enabled, the sound does not
change until the Knob is moved to the position of the
current value.
See “System Setup” on how to enable Catch Up.
Save Preset
To save one of the ve onboard Presets:
1. Press and hold Vibe LED Button. Blinking Ladder LEDs
and LED Buttons indicate you have entered Save Mode.
2. Press Vibe LED Button to select Preset 1–5.
3. Press Drive LED Button to save Preset.
LEDs stop blinking to let you know the Preset is saved.
NOTE: Save Mode times out after a few seconds.
Pressing either Footswitch exits Save Mode.
Load Presets
In Presets Mode, to select and load a Preset:
1. Press Vibe Footswitch to select Preset 1–5.
Preset 1 (top LED) to Preset 5 (bottom LED) blinks.
2. Press Drive Footswitch to load the Preset.
LED stops blinking.

Expression PedalMIDI Messages
Morphing from Heel to Toe
Use an Expression Pedal to change any grouping
of Knob Parameters in one smooth gesture. Easily
Program an Expression Pedal by setting end points for
Heel and Toe. Here’s how:
1. Press Exp Pedal fully Heel down.
2. Adjust any combination of Knob Parameters to set
the Heel values.
3. Press Exp Pedal fully Toe down.
4. Adjust any combination of Knob Parameters to set
the Toe values.
5. Save it or lose it. See “Presets.”
Clear Expression Pedal Mappings
To clear the Expression Pedal mappings for all Knob
Parameters, press and hold the Drive Footswitch and,
while holding, press and hold the Drive LED Button
until the Preset Ladder LEDs ash twice.
NOTE: To use an Expression Pedal, the EXP Jack must be
set to either [EXP] or [EXP + AUX] in System Setup.
Save Preset
Press and hold the Vibe LED Button to enter Save Mode,
then a MIDI program change message will save a Preset
to the Preset slot of the given value 1–127.
Load Preset
MIDI program change message loads the Preset from
the Preset slot of the given value 1–127. The bottom
two Ladder LEDs will be lit when Presets 6–127 are
selected externally via MIDI.
