Press the Casters (G) into the holes at the end of each leg of
the Base (F).
Insert Seat Post (E) into the center hole of the Base (F).
Please be careful to use the correct Arm Bolts (H), Washers (J)
and Armrests (D) which are marked Left and Right.
For easy assembly, place the Seat Cushion (C) face down on a
flat surface. Attach Armrest (D) to the Seat Cushion (C) as
shown using 1 Arm Bolt (H) with 1 Washer (J) on each arm.
Tighten the bolts securely with the enclosed Allen Wrench (K).
Please be careful to use the correct Back Bolts (I).
Attach the Backrest (B) to the Seat Cushion (C) using 3
Back Bolts (I) .
Tighten the bolts securely with the enclosed Allen
Wrench (K).

Now turn the assembled seat upright and locate the
center hole of the Mechanism over the Seat Post.
Push down firmly until the connection is secure.

While seated, pull the single rod control
lever completely backward and lean
against the back. When your desired
angle is achieved, return the lever to the
original middle positions to lock your tilt
angle into place. There are 3 positions
that provide 27º of range.

While seated, hold headrest frame
and move up or down to adjust
height. There are 5 positions with
a 2.36” range of adjustment.

While seated, hold the headrest
cushion and turn to adjust the
angle. The Headrest has a 58º angle
adjustment.

While seated, push the headrest cushion
forward and backward to a desired
position. There is a 3.9" range of adjustment.

While seated, turn the Backrest Tilt
Tension Adjustment knob clockwise or
counterclockwise to adjust the tilt tension
to your preferred level of resistance.

B. The armrest at a 9 0 angle while the
armrest is 1" higher than the elbow
provides optimum comfort.
A. While s eated, push the button on the
outside of each arm and move the armrest
up or down. Release the but ton when you
have reached your desired height .
There are five positions where t he arm
height can be locked.
The arm height adjustment rang e is 6.3”.

and foam, which will be warranted for five years.

for 10 years with the exception of upholstery and foam which will be warranted for 2 years.
• Eurotech warrants to the original purchaser that all parts will be free from material defects.
