box, cast iron charcoal plate, and bamboo handle; the Kamado is built-to-last.

VERSATILE COOKING ABILITY

The unique design of the Kamado produces an ideal cooking environment with, consistent,
even, accurate and sustained temperature control. Slow cook, smoke, grill, roast and sear.

SELF CLEANING

After 30 min of running (empty of food) at 260 oC all food and debris will burn away and
your Kamado will be clean and ready for your next feast.

SAFETY INFORMATION

When opening the lid at high temperatures, it is
essential to lift the lid only slightly at first, allowing
air slowly and safely, preventing any back-draft or
flare-ups that may cause injury.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

- Curing your ceramic charcoal barbecue is important
for its long-term operation and care. Avoiding the
curing procedure could lead to damage on the unit.

- Do not use gasoline, white spirit, lighter fluid, alcohol
or other similar chemicals for lighting or relighting.
