TWO ADULTS ARE REQUIRED TO ASSEMBLE

Wrenchs H13 and H14 Included with the Hardware Kit
Philips Screwdriver
Standard Screwdriver
Furniture Polish and Cloth
Putty Knife
Tape Measure
Sanding Block
Awl or 8d Nail
Scissors or Sharp Knife
Carpenters Level
Hammer
Drill
Drill Bit Set
An electric screwdriver is helpful in assembly. However, please set at low torque and use
extreme caution with an electric screwdriver because you could overtighten the hardware
and strip the screws.
Notes:
Make sure you understand the following tips before you begin to assemble your pool table.
1. When installing parts that have more than one bolt, start ALL the bolts in that part by
hand before tightening anything.
2. Some drawings or images in this manual may not look exactly like your product. Please
read and understand the text before starting each assembly step.
3. The table adds weight to any floor. Be sure the floor can withstand this kind of weight.
If the floor sags, table will be impossible to level.
READ AND FOLLOW ALL ASSEMBLY, OPERATION, AND
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. AT LEAST TWO

1. Find a clean, level place to begin the assembly of your pool table.
2. Locate the parts shown below and lay them on the floor as indicated in
FIGURE 1. THE SIDE WITH THE COUNTERSUNK HOLES SHOULD
BE FACING UP.
3. Tap the wooden dowels H11 into the long pocket slats P1. Slide the wide
end slats P2 and the narrow middle slats P3 onto the dowels. Slide the
other long pocket slat P1 on the assembly.

4. Lay out the beam sections P4, P5 and P6 as shown in FIGURE 2.

5. Using the beam brackets P10 and screws H1 attach the beam sections
together as shown in FIGURE 3.

CAUTION:
The following steps will require you to flip over the delicate framework to
complete the framework assembly. Use extreme caution when flipping to
avoid injury and / or damage to the framework pieces. Take your time with the
following steps
5. Carefully lift and flip the frame assembly from the previous step over
on the floor.
6. Using extreme caution, lift the slat assembly made from steps 1-3, and
place it on the frame assembly as shown in FIGURE 4.
7. Attach the slat assembly to the frame assembly using bolts H3 and washers
H4 as shown in FIGURE 4.

Once you have completed these steps VERY CAREFULLY turn

the entire assembly over again and lay it on the slats.

CAUTION:
Please assemble the cabinet assembly in the order
shown below to ensure a proper fit.
Remember to start all hardware by hand before you tighten anything.
8. Place the cabinet sides P7 and cabinet ends on the frame assembly as
shown in FIGURE 5.
9. Attach the cabinet sides and ends together with bolts H6 and washers H7.
10.Attach the cabinet sides to the frame assembly using bolts H3 and washers
H4.
11.Attach the cabinet assembly to the slat assembly using screws H3 as shown
in FIGURE 5.
12.Attach the leg brackets P11 to the cabinet assembly using bolts H5 and
washers H4. Tighten all hardware at this time.
REMEMBER TO START
