■ Construction: Upright rack frame shall be con-

structed of 1" round stainless steel tubing with
two slides on each level of 1" x 1" stainless steel
angle shelves.

■ Shelves: Shall be welded to 1" tubing.

■ Cradles: Shall be fabricated of

⁄16" stainless steel

wire formed to accept 20 entree covers per cradle.
Unit mounted on 4-5" heavy duty casters, with
brakes.
