Cleaning

ALWAYS turn of f your Color Book 3074 Touch befor e cleaning it.
Do not use liq uid or aerosol cleaners.
Do not use chemicals t o clean the device screen. Be c areful not to wipe it with anything abras ive.
Clean your C olor Book 3074 Touch with a sof t, damp (not wet) cloth.

press f or 6 seconds to restart the device.

2. GETTING STARTED
≥ Please f ully charge the batter y prior to the first use, as t here might be insufficient power in the

battery for normal operations.

≥ Please handle the de vice with care t o prevent damage to the disp lay screen.

≥ Read this User Manual.

3. RECHARGING THE BATTERY

We recomme nd you that the firs t three charges t ake up to 12 hours each; this will ex tend the battery
life as well as prov ide a longer usage time. Subsequent char ges will only need about 5 to 6 hour s.

The device is power ed by a special Li-ion polymer rechargeable b attery. When th e battery bec omes
low, connect the read er through the micro USB cab le to your computer US B port.

4. POWER ON/ POWER OFF

When the device is po wered off, pres s and hold the On/Of f button for 3 se conds to turn it on.
During the star ting the welcome mes sage will be showe d, please wait till t he process is complete.

When the device is po wered on, press and hold the On /Off button for 3 seconds to turn it off. The
turn of f message will be show before power o ff.

5. FILE MANAGEMENT

5.1. CONNECTING THE COLOR BOOK 3074 TOUCH TO THE COMPUTER

You should press power button t o turn on your Color Book 3 074 Touch, then connect the re ader to
your compu ter through the Micro USB ca ble (included).

Wait until y our computer reco gnizes the read er as a mass stora ge device. and then every thing will
be ready to star t the data trans fer.
