Why a 4K SD/MSD card? What are the uses?
1. For GoPro:
To consistently achieve the best results with a GoPro camera, a minimum speed rating of Class 10 is required for 4K (write speed: 10MB/s). The best speed rating for a GoPro camera is achieved with a Class (UHS) U3 tailored to 4K (write speed: 30MB/s). Speedin’ cards are Class (UHS) U3 and a great solution for GoPro cameras.
The HERO camera sold by GoPro supports up to a 32GB card, all other GoPros up to 64GB.
2. For reflex cameras:
For high-speed continous shooting with a camera, such as actions scenes or sports, Speedin’ cards are recommended.
The 85Mbps write speed content to save without the mind-numbing wait.
3. For Gaming:
Speedin’ cards up to 32GB are ideal to use with Nintendo consoles (Wii U, Wii, 3DS).
These consoles need high performance storage devices to store and
transfer video games.
4. For set-top box:
Several set-top boxes are now available on the European market and support 4K definition.
For instance, Free in France has launched its "Freebox mini 4K" with an SD slot to read all 4K multimedia content and display it on a big screen.
4. For drones:
For most drones it is recommended to use at least Class 10 UHS-1 U1 specification, but when the drone comes equipped with 1080p or 4K camera such as the DJI Phantom, it is recommended to use the SpeedIN cards to allow you ample and recording time and highest video quality.
