Description
Protection panels protect sensitive electronic equipment from overvoltages in indoor
racks and outdoor remote terminals. These front access protection panels are configured
for industry standard 5-pin protector modules (sold separately). Connectorized and non
connectorized versions are available for installation on 19-in. or 23-in. racks.
Application
Protector panels are used in central office, building entrance and remote terminal applications and can be rack mounted to protect personnel and equipment from abnormal
voltages and currents (ie., lightning strikes, on incoming cable pairs).
Note: Other protection panels, as well as connectorized and non-connectorized custom configura-
tions can be provided. Call Emerson for additional information.
