Programmer UnitProgrammer Unit
The Alpha Communicat ions® 950 (Digi-Bus™ Series) Digital Hand­Held Programmer Unit is used for programming entrance panel and (concierge) switc hboard operating parameters and for entering user (directory) names in panels equipped with elect ronic directories.
The programmer unit is equipped with an alphanumeric membrane keypad and 4-line back-lit alphanumeric display, and is c omplete with a 120VAC power supply and line cord.
The programmer unit is also equipped with a c onnec ting c able for quick connec tion to t he entrance panels and (conc ierge) switc hboards.
The 950 programmer is typically used with the model 955 concierge switc hboard, and the following series ent ry panels; 944, 944T,
947, and 947T.

The digital hand-held programmer unit(s) shall be the Alpha Communications®/Elvox™ (Digi-Bus™) 950 or approved equal. Unit shall c ontain a membrane keypad, bac k-lit 4-line alphanumeric display and 120VAC power supply and line cord.
Unit shall be equipped with a c onnect ing cable for quick connec tion to t he entrance panels and (conc ierge) switc hboards. Unit shall be used with the model 955 conc ierge switc hboard, and the following series ent ry panels; 944, 944T, 947, and 947T.
Contractor shall observe all local and national electrical codes.
