XGS-4 Groundstack

The X-Line Very Compact Groundstack Rails feature 3 rigging attachment positions to allow for single or dual columns of X-Line Very Compact Loudspeaker Arrays to be Groundstacked and tilted to obtain the desired sound coverage. The3 rigging attachment positions allow for 2 options -Stack dual arrays; an XLD281 array at the front position and an XS212 subwoofer array at the rear position.Stack a single array of XLD281’s, XLE181’s, or a combination of XLD281’s and XS212’s at the middle position.

XLE181

The XLE181 is a 2-way design using the same 8” neodymium LF/MB transducer as the XLD281 and the same dual ND2S HF driver combination with a 120° x 10° waveguide coverage. With less than 18 kg (40lbs) per unit the XLE offers a powerful, very compact solution for sound reinforcement applications with limited space and/or load capacity. The XLE181 can be used in bi-amp mode or fullrange using a sophisticated internal passive network. Designed for the use in arrays of four and more elements, the XLE181 delivers full bandwidth audio with precise, predictable coverage control. The integrated rigging is simple to use and quickly provides uncompromised line array performance.

High-output, dual EVX 180B woofers, 1200-watt, subwoofer system, rectangular cabinet with identical footprint as other X-Line systems. Linear array technology system, can be flown or ground stack with non-flying version. Ring Mode Decoupling (RMD) provides level independent fidelity. New proprietary rigging allows for rapid venue load-in and load-out, linking hardware included. One of four application specific X-Line™ models.

XS212

The XS212 is a double 12-inch bass cabinet featuring two of the new DVX3120 woofers. A unique configuration allows side firing transducers to match the XLD281 horizontal coverage and match the rigging footprint. That allows to either use the XS212 above or below arrays of XLD281 or, if vertical space is limited to be flown behind the full range array. Depending on music style and taste the ratio of XLD to XS212 is 3 or 4 to 1. Ground stacked one XS212 has the same heights as two XLD281 which is convenient for transportation. EV® is one of the very few loudspeaker manufacturers that has a long experience, heritage and capability for designing and building their own transducers. The DVX3120 is the latest model from the brand new DVXSeries. Forced-Air-Voice-Coil-Cooling provides very low power compression for very high SPL capability, low distortion and reliability.

CP3000S

Electro-Voice’s new Precision Series Compact amplifiers offer proven Precision Series performance and reliability in a new compact, lightweight format. This is made possible by incorporating a highly efficient Class-H design, which results in considerably less heat being generated. This allows the overall size of the amplifier to be reduced substantially without sacrificing performance or reliability. The flagship of EV's Precision Series Compact amplifiers, the CP3000S is not only the first Precision Series amplifier to use a switch-mode power supply, but also the first switch-mode amplifier with EV’s Precision Series sound. With up to 2 x 1600 watts into 2 ohms and 2 x 1100 watts into 4 ohms, it is both the most powerful model in the line and the lightest model, at only 17.96 lbs (8.15 kg). The CP3000S is state-of-the-art for all kinds of applications. It is specifically designed to allow for long-term driving of low loads into subwoofers without stress. The high efficient Class-H design reduces the power dissipation significantly and allows for more amplifier channels and output power in a given rack space. The audio performance of the CP2200 is state-of-the art and fulfills the highest sound expectations in demanding applications from concert sound to theater. The CP2200 features the same complete protection package as all EV Precision Series amplifiers. Protection against: excessive HF, DC fault , high temperature, and Back-EMF as well as turn-on delay, and peak current and inrush current limiters. In addition to the rated output power, the CP2200 provides 30% percent headroom for a wide dynamic range of music signals. The onboard dynamic limiter ensures that the output signal of the CP2200 will not exceed a THD of 1% up to an input signal of +21dBu. Detend level controls provide precise and repeatable settings.
