The Electrolux range of Thawing cabinets is specifically designed to thaw food, retaining the freshness of the pre-frozen products with a quality comparable to the fresh products, thanks to an unique combination of high airflow, low temperature and extremely high temperature uniformity. The alternation of heat and refrigeration, piloted by the advanced digital control, maintains food outside the bacteria proliferation temperature range. Food temperature is brought from -21/-18°C to +1/+4°C keeping bacteria proliferation under control. The model detailed in this sheet is a 650 liter thawing cabinet with 1 full door.
