Peristaltic Dispensers after Long Storage
Undercounter and Hood Type with peristaltic rinse aid dispenser (atmospheric
boiler only) and/or peristaltic detergent dispenser.
The motor does not turn (or poor wash/rinse results) just after the machine
installation or the replacement of a dispenser.
The required torque is too high in case of local plastic deformation of the
peristaltic hose.
This plastic deformation always happens when the rollers holder is in the “12
o’clock” position and dispensers have been in storage for more than 15 days.
ASAP a dispenser motor with higher torque will be introduced.
In the meanwhile we have introduced following sheet in every machine with a
peristaltic dispenser:
