Possibility to engage the meat probe
Even with the new position indicated in TB PDD03-04 there was the possibility

of damaging the meat probe with the tray stopper on the trolley

New position of the probe holder from week 7 of 2005.

It is possible to change the position of the holder following the next sketches
and the instructions given in TB PDD03-04
