Drops Slide & Panels in UC
Undercounter double skin range (LS6E / WT30E).
Sometime leakage from door sides.
The plastic drops slide (introduced some years ago to collect condensed
steam) it’s stuck with silicon and it may be “waved”.
Since serial number 71100001 we have introduced a stainless steel drops
slide (always flat and fixed with spot welding to the side panel) instead of the
plastic drops slide 049362:

This solution is already in use since the production start in Utensils Washer (LU7 / WTU40)
and Undercounter double skin with water softener built-in (LS6EADPWS / WT38WS).
At the same time we have standardized control panels, top panels, side
panels and rear panels in the whole UC double skin range, all brands:
LS6E / WT30E machines have same panels of LS6EADPWS (i.e. LS6E with
water softener built-in).
Therefore all UC double skin machines are 612 mm deep (machines without
water softener built-in change from 600 mm to 612 mm) and have the “flat” top
panel.
New panels are not interchangeable towards previous one unless to replace
all of them (see spare parts catalogue for more details about codes).
The stainless steel drops slide has not spare part code because it’s welded.
