New hinge for AOS 20 grids
AOS201 - AOS202
The door was difficult to adjust: possibility to regulate door closing
New lower hinge from serial number 506 (spare part code 0C2483).
New lower door hinge is no more welded on foot of the oven, like the old ones,
but it is a separated piece inserted between the front right standard foot and
the bottom of the oven
Possibility to substitute lower hinge in old ovens
To adapt old ovens to this new solution you need following pieces:
- Lower hinge 0C2483
- standard square foot (replaced pieces in spare parts warehouse)

- thick 0C2931 (only for 20 1/1 models)

Introduced a thick 2mm (it must be used only for AOS 20 1/1 models):

And a new square foot with longer 64 mm, to use only on right frontal foot (the one with lower hinge) of
the oven

The regulation of the standard foot mounted with new hinge 0C2483, must be screwed with indicated
dimension 198 (+1,-0)
This new hinge has also slots to regulate the closing of the door: you can move hinge on the slots to
have a better regulation, to obtain a better closing

To substitute old hinge with new one, it is necessary to lift the oven on the area
near the lower hinge to work on it: you have to use something to lift the oven with
safety (it would be better a trolley).
Handle the operation with a lot of care!!
Put togheter thick (only 20 1/1 models) over the hinge and the hinge over the foot

Put the assembly under the oven, centering holes for closing:

Close tight the screws on the hinge.
