Electrolux Handling System
Pre-rinse tunnel
Some Electrolux dishwasher models can perform their full potential, if properly combined with the Electrolux
Handling System range. The modular system allows to design ergonomic and reliable solutions to handle,
transport and sort kitchenware, obtaining the most effective flow in the dishwashing room. The wide range
contains cord and slat conveyors for trays, manual and motorised sorting tables and a variety of roller and slide
conveyors for baskets. The pre-rinse tunnel on this sheet is intended for automatic pre-rinsing of dishwashing
racks with crockery and glasses.

EASY TO INSTALL
• The pre-rinse tunnel is designed
to be placed on a rack conveyor
with deep basin or conveyor which
is provided with strainer box.
• If placed immediately before a
rack type dishwasher, there is the
possibility to load automatically
the racks, thanks to an extra
feeding bar, dishwashing driven.
EASY TO USE
• The pre-rinse tunnel will replace
the manual process of pre-rinse
spraying before the dishwasher.
• This system is using about 15
Lit/min of temperated water
(20-40°C) from the network,
sprayed out through an arm.

• Hood interlocked with safety
switch.
• The sensor automatically starts
pre-rinsing when the baskets enter
the tunnel.
EASY TO CLEAN
• A hygienic design provides for
easy cleaning where the front and
roof sections are simply lifted off.
• Removable hood for easy
cleaning.
EASY TO MAINTAIN
• The pre-rinse tunnel is
manufactured from stainless steel
AISI 304.
EASY ON THE ENVIRONMENT
• Developed and produced in ISO
9001 and ISO 14001 certified
factory.
• CFC free packaging.
