The Electrolux 800-Thermaline of cooking equipment is designed for the very heavy duty requirements of
hotels, institutions, hospitals, central kitchens, in-flight kitchens and cruise ships. The series consist of a wide
choice of modular elements that can be installed as individual, free-standing units or assembled into a
complete cooking suite made virtually seamless by means of cleverly-designed connecting rails.
The models detailed on this sheet consist of an heating zone mounted on a base unit. Installation options are
floor mounted on 100 or 200 mm high feet or a plinth which can be either steel or masonry construction.

EASY TO USE

• Body, compartment and support
are made of AISI 304 stainless
steel.

• Glass ceramic cooking surface
with infrared heating section of
600x800 mm.

• The temperature of the heating
section can be set steplessly by
means of a thermostatic switch to
suit different cooking requirements
from a rapid boiling to a gentle
simmer.

• Highly visible switch control
panels and knobs.

• Overheat protection via a
temperature sensor that switches
off part of the heating element in
the event of over temperature.
Temperature range from 30°C to
110°C.

• Pans can be moved from one
appliance to another without lifting.

• All appliances conform to ruling
European safety and hygiene
standards and are H marked.

EASY TO MAINTAIN

• The smooth glass ceramic plate
and body, cupboard and support
made of AISI 304 stainless steel
are easy to clean.

• No gaps or dirt traps between
adjoining appliances when
connecting rails are fitted.

• All major components may be
easily accessed from the front.

• Hygienic design of the open
base compartment with large
round edges.

• The appliances are IP X5
certified against water jets.

• IPX5 water resistant.
