Steam Boiling Pans
The Electrolux electric boiling pans are high benefit solutions, customized to the specific needs like: high capacity, high power, variable speed mixer, motor tilting, comfortable electronic control, etc. Reliability, operator safety, functionality, ease of cleaning and sturdiness make these appliances ideal for the cooking in water of meat, fish, vegetables, pasta etc. and for the cooking of all types of liquid or dense food (broths, milk, soups, milk puddings etc.) without any pan sticking. All the models feature safety devices in line with current legislation. The models detailed in this sheet are 4 models with normal closure varying in well capacity (from 100 to 500 litres) and external dimensions.
EASY TO USE
• Counter-balanced lid, with insulated stainless steel handle, specially shaped to prevent condensation dripping outside the well. The tension on the counter-balancing chromed bronze hinge of the lid can be adjusted to ensure an optimum balance.
• Steam heating at a nominal pressure of 0.45 bar.
• Mixer tap for hot and cold water made from chromed bronze with movable spout.
• 2" diameter discharge tap for rapid emptying of the well
• Stainless steel filter in the discharge hole of the well.
• Manometer for controlling the pressure inside the jacket.
• Depressurising valve to allow the escape of air from the jacket.
• Safety valve set at 0.5 bar, for the discharging of steam when the pressure in the jacket exceeds this limit.
EASY TO MAINTAIN
• Well, jacket, lid and external panelling in 304 AISI stainless steel (ranging from 20/10 to 25/10 in thickness depending on the pan capacity); the external panelling is dismountable to allow inspection of internal workings.
• The well base is in 316 AISI stainless steel (ranging from 20/10 to 35/10 in thickness depending on the pan capacity) and is anti-corrosion treated. Grain finish

• The load bearing structure consists of a robust support in 304 AISI stainless steel mounted on stainless steel adjustable feet. Visible areas have a satin finish guaranteeing ease of cleaning.
• All models comply with the standards required by the main international approval bodies and are H marked.
