Gas ranges - top

The Electrolux 700-Line of cooking equipment is designed to meet the requirements of cafés, restaurants and
hotels. The flexibility of the modular design, with freestanding units and tops that can be supported by a range
of bases or bridged between freestanding units, and the choice of 115 different units means that an installation
can be tailored to precisely meet the needs of the caterer. Gas ranges are available in a choice of four models,
top units with either two or four burners, or freestanding units with four or six burners above an ambient
storage cupboard. The models detailed on this sheet are top only units in half or full module. Model 7BTTG2D
is a town-gas versions.

EASY TO INSTALL

• Service connections to top units
are made via a duct to the rear.

EASY TO CLEAN

• Constructed from AISI 304
stainless steel with a pressed, one
piece top with sealed burners
fitted with removable caps and
rings to meet the highest hygiene
standards.

• Stainless steel control panel with
splash protection to control knob
entry points.

• Optional U-gulley between units
to eliminate dirt traps.

EASY TO USE

• Two sizes of burners to suit
varying pan sizes and cooking
requirements from rapid boiling to
a gentle simmer.

• Alternate large/small burner
layout for maximum usable
cooking area.

• Electric ignition, that can be
operated by one hand, with flame
failure control.

• Inset controls that cannot be
accidentally knocked.
