he FlexScan L551 offers a number of

thoughtful functions for both cor-

porate and home users. Auto Setup

eliminates the need to make manual

adjustments, and a light sensor reads

the surrounding light conditions and

continually adjusts panel brightness

for optimum viewing comfort. The

supplied stand has a small foot-

print, and to further save space,

the monitor can be mounted on a

movable arm or wall bracket.

BrightRegulator

This function keeps the screen at the ideal brightness
level under all lightning conditions. A sensor on the
front panel takes readings of the ambient brightness
and signals the backlight to adjust the screen bright­ness accordingly.

Auto Setup

When the monitor detects an analog signal, it auto­matically adjusts basic screen settings, including clock,
phase, position, and size. You don’t have to make
manual adjustments and are assured of optimal screen
settings right after startup.

Flexible Mounting

With its slim body and thin
bezel design, the FlexScan
L551 occupies a minimum
amount of space on the
desktop. The monitor com­plies with VESA mounting
standards, so it can be removed
from the stand and mounted on a
movable arm or wall bracket.

sRGB Mode

Applies the international sRGB color space, enabling
color matching with applications and peripherals like
scanners, printers and digital cameras with a corre­sponding setting.

SpecificationsBrightness Stabilization

At startup or upon wakeup, an EIZO-patented drift
correction function quickly stabilizes the brightness
level. In addition, a sensor measures the backlight

brightness and com­pensates for bright­ness fluctuations
caused by the ambient
temperature and the
passage of time.

menu.
