The T961 combines high image quality and advanced technological features inside of a 21 inch
flat screen CRT monitor. The performance level of this model makes it suitable for CAD,
CAM, DTP, and any high level graphics work.

21 inch Fully Flat Aperture Grill CRT

The T961 employs a new, AG CRT with
no horizontal or vertical curvature to
produce a fully flat surface. A fine dot
pitch of 0.24 mm produces excellent
focus and color uniformity. The rec­ommended resolution is 1600 × 1200
at a maximum refresh rate of 92 Hz.

Uniformity Adjustment Function

The T961 includes a detailed uniform­ity adjustment function with both a
standard and custom mode to assure
ideal white uniformity. The standard
mode minimizes color distortion due
to the effects of the earth's magnetic
fields. The custom mode allows for
precise adjustments in the upper and
lower parts of the screen and in each
corner separately.

Signal Filters

The signal filters compensate for prob­lems such as smearing and ghosting
caused by poor video signals from a
graphics card. The filters take the vid­eo signals and raise them to the appro­priate level to generate a crisp display of
text and superior color reproduction.

Digital Signal Processor

EIZO's Digital Signal Processor (DSP)
is a high speed, customized, integrated

circuit to correct screen distortion for
ideal picture quality. DSP also includes
a moiré reduction system to eliminate
dark, wavy lines often visible on a
light gray background.

Video Bias Circuitry

Newly developed video bias circuitry
produces superb color reproduction
even with changes in display size and
background color.

The T961 complies with the most
stringent ergonomic standards
including TCO'99, the CE Mark,
TÜV Rheinland/ Ergonomie, and
the EPA ENERGY STAR

Sound

Sound Unit



Program.

For multimedia applications, EIZO
offers the i⋅Sound, a separately sold
speaker unit which comfortably
attaches to the bezel of the T961.
The i⋅Sound is equipped with two
speakers, two stereo mini-jack
cables, and a microphone.

Advanced Functions

• Auto-Sizing button on the front
bezel for quick adjustment of the
displayed image to the ideal setting.

• Two video input terminals for simul­taneous attachment of two comput­ers to the T961.

• USB hub with one upstream port
and four downstream ports.

• ScreenManager Pro for USB, a util-
ity software program for advanced
screen adjustments using either a
mouse or a keyboard.

• PowerManager and off timer
functions to reduce energy consump­tion to under 3 watts during periods
of inactivity.
