The FlexScan F67 & T68 represent EIZO's first releases in the new 50 cm (19 inch) class
monitor category. Both models incorporate all the high-quality features that EIZO monitors
are known for, along with new features such as Digital Signal Processing and a USB Hub to
allow users to enjoy unsurpassed levels of performance.
F67&T68
Digital Signal Processing (DSP
)
The F67 and T68employ DSP, EIZO's
customized integrated circuit to correct
screen distortion and create the optimal
picture regardless of the input signal. DSP
can correct problems with distortion that
were not possible with analog technology.
These improvements in picture quality
will reduce eye fatigue and create a more
comfortable user environment.
Integrated Universal Serial Bus
(USB) Hub
To facilitate the quick and easy use of
desktop peripherals such as keyboards,
mice and printers, the F67 and T68
incorporate a USB hub. This hub provides
plug-in ports on the monitor itself, thus
eliminating the need to connect these
peripherals into the back of the PC.
Both models come equipped with one
upstream port for the computer and four
downstream ports. Three of the
downstream ports are located
on the rear of the monitors,
and another port with a drop
down lid for
convenient
access is
positioned on
the front.

tip of your finger.
•One Touch Auto Adjustment (Auto-
Sizing) function automatically adjusts
the screen size and position.
•Dynamic color control system with
which users can freely adjust the color
temperature between 4,000 K -10,000 K
(in 500 K increments including the
industry standard 9,300 K).
•Input priority switch system which
allows users to give priority to one
signal over the other, either the BNC or
D-Sub video input. It automatically
selects the priority-assigned signal input.

Visual Ergonomics
The F67 and T68 boast a recommended
resolution of 1280×1024 at a maximum
refresh rate of 89 Hz (1600×1200 @ 76
Hz (max) capability) making both
monitors capable of displaying characters
approximately 12% larger than a 17 inch
monitor at the same resolution. These
specifications allow the user to enjoy
flicker-free, high contrast images for
maximum viewing comfort.
Environmental and
Ergonomic Concerns
The cabinets of the F67 and T68 do not
contain harmful substances and are fully
recyclable. Both monitors also
incorporate a power saving system which
lowers power usage to less than 3 Watts
when the monitors are on but not in use,
leading to reduced energy consumption.
The F67 and T68 meet the most stringent
ergonomic standards such as TCO'95
for the control of electromagnetic waves,
energy reduction, X-rays, visual
ergonomics, recyclability, and ISO 9241-3
and -8 for character definition and
color uniformity.

TM
Pro for USB
ScreenManager Pro for USB, a utility
software for controlling an EIZO
FlexScan display from a computer, comes
bundled with the F67 and T68.
By connecting the computer and monitor
with the enclosed USB cable, all screen
adjustments can be made with a mouse or
keyboard.

Screen Curvature and
Panel Design of the T68
The T68 incorporates the newest CRT
with demonstrably less horizontal
curvature and thickness than conventional
Tension Mask monitors. This ergonomic
design cuts down on reflected light and
glare, and allows for precise focus in the
corners. In addition, EIZO has redesigned
the cabinet to blend with the flat look of
the screen and enhance the overall
appearance of the T68.

SoundTMspeaker unit enhances
multimedia applications (sold separately).
The
i.Sound is easily attachable to the
cabinets of the F67 and T68 and comes
equipped with two speakers and a
microphone powered directly from the
monitors.
