Troubleshooting
Speakers are not working
First check to see if the speaker wires are connected securely. Check the line-in connectors and ensure they are positioned accurately.
One speaker does not work when playing through the computer
This sometimes occurs on new computer systems when one speaker does not work when playing a CD from the computer but the system
works fine when playing WAV formatted files. This is mainly due to the fault connection of the CD-ROM and sound card when one channel’s
signal is shorted to the ground. Please refer to the CD-ROM and sound card manual to adjust the wire connection.
The entire system is not working
Check if the power is connected, and if the wall outlet is switched on;
Check if the master volume is turned to minimum;
Check if the audio input cable is connected correctly;
Check if there is a signal from the audio source;
Check if the correct input mode has been selected.
Magnetic interference
This system is free from magnetic interference and can be placed near the television or monitor. However, since the magnet in a subwoofer
driver is generally larger, some magnetism leakage is inevitable when the system is too close to the monitor, and it is recommended that
there is at least a 1 meter distance between the speaker system and monitor or television.
Poor FM reception
In certain circumstance, the reception of a locked station is poor due to the weak FM signal and strong environmental interference.
Try to move the system to another place and stretch out or turn the antenna to get better signal reception.
