INST ALLA TION AND OPERA TION

Place your appliance in a location that is strong enough to support its total weight, keeping in mind that it will weigh substantially more when fully loaded than when empty. In order to prevent vibration and noise, the refrigerator should be leveled by adjusting the front leveling legs. Please note that this appliance is designed for “free-standing” use only. Choose a well ventilated location with at least 2-3 inches of clearance around the appliance. Locate the appliance out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources such as an oven or boiler. For your safety, please read the following i

Warning: This appliance must be installed on a circuit that is grounded.

Operation

Before plugging in your refrigerator for the first time remove all packaging, clean the refrigerator with a soft rag and a mixture of lukewarm water and baking soda (2 tablespoons baking soda in 1 quart of water works well) . Wipe dry with soft c
loth.

Temperature Control

The temperature in the appliance is controlled by

the thermostat control knob located in the lower section. Turn the thermostat control knob to regulate the temperature inside the unit. The knob has markings to indicate the relative temperature settings, but in general, turning the knob counter-clockwise corresponds to warmer temperatures; turning the knob clockwise corresponds to colder temperatures. Please note that this refrigerator has a full temperature range, allowing you to select r
efrigerating
or freezing temperatures.

Lock

This refrigerator ships with a lock and two keys. To lock the door, close the door, insert the key into the lock, and turn. To unlock the door, insert the key into the lock and turn, then open the door

S toring Frozen Food

When using the refrigerator for the first time or after defrosting, turn the temperature control to the coldest setting for at least two hours before introducing the food to be stored. All frozen food products you purchase should be placed in the refrigerator as soon as possible to avoid the frozen food from defrosting. Storage recommendations printed on the packaging of frozen food by manufacturers should be always be followed.
