CAUTION!

The equipment you have purchased has been developed to provide you with a tool to achieve great tone and in some cases deliver levels of volume that may be unsuitable for use in confined spaces or without hearing protection.

Every piece of Eden equipment is designed to perform exceptionally and just as with other high performance products can in certain situations be capable of operating at levels that may be outside of the requirements or capability of the user.

Use this equipment safely and considerately, the volume control on higher Wattage amplifiers is your responsibility.

Your ears and those of others who are fortunate enough to hear you play are your most important instruments required to enjoy your music.

If you experience any hearing loss or discomfort when listening to any loud music or activity which involves excessive noise then for your own sake speak with a medical professional. As a Musician keeping your ears in good working order is as important as being able to play your instrument, you only get one set of ears!

Congratulations on your purchase of this Metromix Product. The Metromix range of amplifiers aim to provide the perfect solution to an often overlooked requirement for quality flexible amplification for practice and education.

Taking advantage of years of experience in Bass Amplification Eden has developed these amplifiers to provide fantastic clear tone reproduction, multiple instrument inputs and the ability to practice using headphones in a group situation.

In addition the larger models in this range also have a line out feature allowing you to take the sound of the amplifier further and either record or plug the signal into a PA system. The Metromix offers the perfect affordable and simple to use amplification range to allow you to maximise the playing and learning experience .

As with any electronic equipment you should take some time to familiarise yourself with you amplifier before using it to ensure optimum performance.

EM15 Quick Start Guide

The EM15 provides the perfect introduction to instrument amplification. With simple intuitive controls the EM15 allows two instruments to be played independently giving each musician control of their own volume and tone control and the ability for both to play in silence through the headphone outputs.

EM15 Front Panel Navigation:

1.Illuminated Eden logo; Illuminates when unit is switched on.

2.Line input; Connect your MP3 player or other device here, you can control the volume of this signal on your input device.

3.Input 1; Plug in instrument 1 to the amplifier.

4.Volume Control; Adjust the volume level for instrument 1 here.

5.Tone Control; Adjust the tone settings of the amplifier for instrument 1. Turning the control counter clockwise will increase the bass and decrease the treble levels, turning clockwise will increase the treble and reduce the bass levels. Setting this to 12 o'clock will provide a flat EQ setting.

6.Phones; Plug headphones for instrument 1 in.

7.Speaker Mute indicator; When this is illuminated the internal speaker has been muted.

8.Speaker Mute Switch; Mute the speakers for silent practice.

9.Input 2; Plug in instrument 2 to the amplifier.

10.Volume Control; Adjust the volume level for instrument 2.

11.Tone Control; Adjust the tone settings of the amplifier for instrument 2. Turning the control counter clockwise will increase the bass and decrease the treble levels, turning clockwise will increase the treble and reduce the bass levels. Setting this to 12 o'clock will provide a flat EQ setting.

12.Phones; Plug headphones for instrument 2 in.

13.Power Switch; Turn your amplifier off and on.

Note: In headphone mode the different signals are routed to different sides of the headphone, instrument 1 will appear in the left ear, instrument 2 will appear in the right ear. Any signal sent via the stereo media input will appear in both ears.

When playing only one instrument the signal will only be heard in the corresponding side of the headphones

EM25 Quick Start Guide

The EM25 combo amplifier provides a multi instrument amplifier that not only delivers 25W of power but also increased tone shaping flexibility. With separate volume controls the EM25 has a shared EQ section which offers the ability to detail the tone settings for the instrument inputs. To ensure the tonal flexibility can be fully utilised the EM25 also uses a extended range speaker to achieve great definition at both high and low tone frequencies. In addition the inclusion of separate gain (input volume) and master volume controls introduces the differences between preamp and power amp volume control.

EM25 Front Panel Navigation:

10.Master; Set the output volume for the amplifier.

11.Headphone Level Control; Adjust the level for the headphone Out 1.

12.Headphone Level Control; Adjust the level for the headphone Out 2.

13.Headphone Output 1; Plug in headphones.

14.Headphone Output 2; Plug in headphones.

15.Power Switch; Turn your amplifier off and on.

EM275 Quick Start Guide

Providing the ability to practice and the power to perform the EM275 provides the ultimate solution for multi instrument amplification. With the ability to plug in up to 4 instruments at once alongside a backing track via a stereo RCA input the EM275 allows groups of musicians to practice and play together through just 1 amplifier. With 2 x 75W outputs the EM275 is a stereo amplifier allowing you to not only just the levels but also pan channels 1 and 2 of the amplifier to mix your sound. Using Extended range speakers the EM275 provides a massive depth of tone making it suitable for many instruments.

EM275 Front Panel Navigation:

1.Input 1; Plug in instrument 1 to the amplifier.

2.Input 2; Plug in instrument 2 to the amplifier.

Note: This channel has an added distortion control for use with electric guitar.

3.Gain Control; Adjust the input level for instrument 2.

4.Compressor bypass indicator; Illuminates when internal compressor is bypassed for channel 2.

5.Compressor bypass; Use this switch to bypass the internal compressor for channel 2 (tip: bypass the compressor when using distortion with the channel).

6.Gain; Adjust the input level for instrument for instrument 1.

7.Distortion; Applied the desired amount of distortion for instrument 2.

8.Bass Control Channel 1; Increase or decrease the level of low frequencies applied.

9.Bass Control Channel 2; Increase or decrease the level of low frequencies applied.

10.Middle Control Channel 1; Increase or decrease the level of mid frequencies applied.

11.Middle Control Channel 2; Increase or decrease the level of mid frequencies applied.

12.Treble Control Channel 1; Increase or decrease the level of higher frequencies applied.

13.Treble Control Channel 2; Increase or decrease the level of higher frequencies applied.

14.Pan; Choose how if you want to send more or less of instrument 1 sound to the left or right speaker of the amplifier.

15.Pan; Choose how if you want to send more or less of instrument 2 sound to the left or right speaker of the amplifier.

16.Channel 1 Level; Select the overall volume for this channel.

17.Channel 2 Level; Select the overall volume for this channel.

18.Channel 3 / 4 (stereo) input 1 (Ch3); Input an instrument such as electronic drum kit or keyboard.

19.Channel 3 / 4 (stereo) input 2 (Ch4); Input an instrument such as electronic drum kit, keyboard or MP3 player.

20.Channel 3 /4 level; Controls the overall volume for both inputs for channels 3 / 4.

21.Master level; Control the output volume of the amplifier.

22.Headphone Level Control; Adjust the level for the headphone Out 1.

23.Headphone Output 1; Plug in headphones.

24.Headphone Level Control; Adjust the level for the headphone Out 2.

25.Headphone Output 2; Plug in headphones.

26.Headphone Level Control; Adjust the level for the headphone Out 3.

27.Headphone Output 3; Plug in headphones.

28.Illuminated Eden logo; Illuminates when unit is switched on.

El equipo que has comprado ha sido desarrollado para proporcionarte una herramienta que consigue un gran tono y en algunos casos grandes cantidades de volumen que pueden ser poco recomendables para su uso en espacios reducidos o sin protección auricular. Cada pieza de los equipos de Eden se ha diseñado para funcionar de forma excepcional y como puede pasar con otros productos de este tipo, en determinadas situaciones pueden ser capaces de operar a niveles que pueden estar fuera de los requisitos de capacidad del usuario.

Utiliza este equipo de forma segura y considerada, el control de volumen en los amplificadores de gran potencia es tu responsabilidad. Tus oídos y el de los demás que tengan la fortuna de poder escucharte tocar son los instrumentos más preciados que se necesitan para poder disfrutar de tu música. Si notaras algún tipo de pérdida de audición o molestias en el oído al escuchar cualquier tipo de música a alto volumen o hicieras alguna actividad que implique excesivo ruido, por tu propio bien acude a un médico.

EM15 Guía de Inicio Rápido

EL EM15 te introduce perfectamente a la amplificación de instrumentos. Con simples e intuitivos controles el EM15 te permite conectar dos instrumentos y tocarse independientemente dando a cada músico el control de su propio volumen y tono y la posibilidad de hacerlo en silencio utilizando las salidas de auriculares.

Recorrido por el Panel Frontal EM15:

1.Logo de Eden iluminado; Se ilumina cuando el aparato está encendido.

2.Entrada de lìnea; Conecta aquí tu MP3 o algún otro reproductor, puedes controlar el volumen de esta señal sobre la entrada del aparato.

3.Entrada 1; Conecta aquí tu instrumento 1 al amplificador.

4.Control de Volumen; Ajusta aquí el volumen para el instrumento 1.

5.Control de Tono; Ajusta aquí el tono del amplificador para el instrumento 1. Girando el control en el sentido contrario de las agujas del reloj incrementarás los niveles de

graves y se reducirán los agudos, girando el control en sentido de las agujas del reloj se incrementará el nivel de agudos y se reducirán los graves. El ajuste en las 12 en punto te proporcionará una Ecualización Plana.

6.Auriculares; Conecta aquí tus auriculares para el instrumento 1.

7.Indicador de silencio de altavoz; Cunado este indicador se ilumina el altavoz interno del amplificador se silencia.

8.Interruptor de Silencio de Altavoz; Silencia aquí los altavoces para práctica en silencio.

9.Entrada 2; Conecta aquí el volumen para el instrumento 2.

10.Control de Volumen; Ajusta aquí el volumen para el instrumento 2.

11.Control de Tono; Ajusta aquí el tono del amplificador para el instrumento 2. Girando el control en el sentido contrario de las agujas del reloj incrementarás los niveles de graves y se reducirán los agudos, girando el control en sentido de las agujas del reloj se incrementará el nivel de agudos y se reducirán los graves. El ajuste en las 12 en punto te proporcionará una ecualización plana.

12.Auriculares; Conecta aquí tus auriculares para el instrumento 2.

13.Interruptor de encendido; Enciende o apaga aquí tu amplificador.

Nota: Al utilizar auriculares las diferentes señales son conducidas a lados diferentes de tus auriculares, el instrumento 1 sonará en el lado izquierdo y el instrumento 2 sonará en el lado derecho.

Cualquier señal conectada a la entrada estéreo sonará en ambos lados. Si sólo tocas un instrumento la señal sólo se escuchará por su correspondiente lado del auricular.
