1. IMPORTANT REMARK
We thank you for the confidence you've placed in our company when choosing our IW6PLUS loudspeaker for wall/ceiling mounting.
- before you plug anything - to read this manual very carefully and bear in mind all considerations specified within it. We strongly recommend that its maintenance be carried out by our Authorized Technical services.

series of components, forming a design that enables fast and easy installation. It also has excellent sound reproduction in bass and treble frequencies, thanks to its two-channel design, in accordance with the infinite baffle philosophy, and the incorporation of an orientable, soft-dome treble transducer that gives a magnificent performance.
thereby ensuring excellent stability of the component over time and protection against environmental factors such as heat and damp.
the package. Be careful not to damage the speaker when removing the grill.
Congratulations! You are the owner of a carefully designed and manufactured equipment.
In order to get the optimum operation and efficiency from this unit, it is VERY IMPORTANT
Never use this unit in the proximity of water. Do not expose the unit to water splashing, nor place liquid containers on top of it. Avoid placing the unit next to heat sources such as spotlights or heaters.
Use only the accessories specified by the manufacturer, employing the correct accessories
The IW6PLUS unit, a loudspeaker for mounting in the wall or ceiling, has an carefully-selected
The transducer used for low and medium-frequency reproduction is made of polypropylene,
The IW6PLUS model comes with a protective grill that can be removed with a hook included in
4. CONNECTIONS The IW6PLUS operates at a maximum power of 40W RMS and an impedance of 16.
It has a passive cut-off filter that divides the spectrum of the audio signal sent to the unit into
two, channelling the appropriate frequency band for each of the two transducers: woofer (bass frequencies and tweeter (treble frequencies).
If several units are connected to one amplifier, the limits of that amplifier must be taken into account with respect to the load impedance permitted, particularly if the impedance of the loudspeaker unit falls below 4. It is also important for the connection cable joining the amplifier and speakers to be of optimum quality and as short as possible. This is especially important if a long cable length is required and the impedance of the speakers is low.
The connection terminals are of spring clamp type for peeled cable. Always respect the polarity of all the units with respect to each other and with respect to the amplifier to which they are connected.
5. LOCATION AND ASSEMBLY
The following general rules should be observed:
Always install the unit on a firm, stable surface.  For optimum sound reproduction, there must be no obstacles between the area and the
audience.
Adapt the sound pressure levels to the reproduction needs. The IW6PLUS units are sold in boxes of two units. Everything you need to install both units is
inside each 2-unit box:
Plastic frame sets, speaker bodies and protective front grille.  Twelve screws (six per unit).  One hook for removing the front grid.  One cutting template.  An instruction guide.  A warranty certificate for each box.
To install the product correctly, make a rectangular hole measuring 188 x 275 x 80 mm in the
place where the unit is to be installed together with the respective wiring.
The procedure for installing each unit is described below:
1. Use the template supplied to mark the perimeter of the hole to be made on the installation surface.
2. Make the hole and pass the end of the cable to be connected to the speaker through it.
3. Insert the plastic frame into the hole, taking care to ensure that the 6 rotating tabs are in a tangential position with respect to the cut.
4. Tighten each of the 6 screws that can be accessed from the front of the frame. The tabs will rotate 90º and after tightening, the frame will be fixed in its final position.
5. Connect the end of the peeled cable to the spring clamp terminals located at the back of the unit. Always respect the polarity of all the units with respect to each other and with respect to the amplifier to which they are connected.
6. Insert the speaker into the frame. Insert and tighten the 6 screws to fix the speaker to the frame
7. If required, move the treble transducer by pressing gently on the edge of the part containing it, trying to aim it at the foreseen listening point. Take care not to force the device beyond its mechanical limits (±15° in any direction) and do not touch the treble transducer dome, as this could cause permanent damage to it and affect the reproduction quality.
8. Install the protective front grille by applying pressure gently and evenly to the edges.
6. PAINTING THE FRAME AND FRONT GRILLE Both the plastic frame and grid at the front can be painted, to adapt the unit to the aesthetic
criteria based on which it is to be used.
Dismantle the frame-speaker-grid unit completely and paint these two parts separately. Pay special attention to ensure that the tiny holes in the front grid are not blocked. Use the
appropriate air drying paint.
When the paint is dry, install the unit in accordance with the steps described in section "5.
LOCATION AND ASSEMBLY".
