Remove the vacuum bag and deflector.1.

Prop the exhaust door open.2.

Before inspecting or servicing any part of this machine,
shut off power source, remove key, disconnect the
battery cables and make sure all moving parts have
come to a complete stop.

These instructions will describe how to install and secure
a liner inside the Wheeled Vacuum housing.

Slide the liner through the exhaust 3.
opening of the fan housing and all the
way around the housing. Make sure
the end with the holes closest together
goes in first. You may need to use a
long tool to push it around the curved
wall.

Check to make sure the front end of 4.
the liner went all the way around the
housing. The liner should fit snuggly
around the housing and not interfere
with the rotation of the fan.

Holes must be drilled for the bolts that 5.
will secure the liner. For a guide, use the
dimensions shown here and the existing
holes in the liner.

Drill two 1/4" holes in the fan housing where 6.
the liner ended as shown here.

Put two bolts through the holes from the 7.
inside of the housing and secure with the
nylock nuts on the outside.

Make sure the liner lies flat against the 8.
vacuum housing and that it doesn't interfere
with fan rotation.

Drill two more 1/4" holes in the fan housing 9.
near the exhaust door as shown here.

Put the other two bolts through the holes 10.
from the inside of the exhaust opening and
secure with the nylock nuts on the outside.
