IMPORTANT SAFTY INSTRUCTONS
DANGER
To reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock, carefully follow these instructions.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS - This manual contains
important safety and operating instructions for battery
charger Model LCJQ-560.
Before using battery charger, read all instructions and
cautionary markings on battery charger, battery, and
product using battery.
CAUTION
To reduce risk of injury, charge only YAMABIKO
lithium-ion rechargeable battery Model LBP-560100 (1.82Ah/92Wh) or LBP-560-200 (3.66Ah/
185Wh). Other types of batteries may burst causing personal injury and damage.
Never attempt to charge or use a defective, damaged or
deformed battery pack.
Connect the charger only to the voltage and frequency
specified on the charger - only connect the charger to
an easily accessible wall outlet.
Never use a defective or damaged charger.
Do not open the charger.
Store the charger out of the reach of children.

the dust or fumes - there is a risk of explosion.
Check the charger's connecting cord regularly for dam-
age. If the connecting cord is damaged, immediately
disconnect the plug from the power supply to avoid the
risk of electric shock.
To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.
Do not use the connecting cord for any other purpose,
e.g. for carrying or hanging up the charger.
To reduce the risk of stumbling, position and mark the
connecting cord in such a way that it cannot be damaged or endanger others.
To reduce the risk of electric shock, always connect the
charger to a properly installed wall outlet.
After using the charger, unplug it from the wall outlet.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (in-
cluding children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do
not play with the appliance.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by
the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid a hazard.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
To Charge Battery:
Plug charger AC cord into 230 - 240 V AC outlet.
Align ridges on battery with grooves on charger, and
slide battery into charger.
During normal charging, the charger LED (A) will blink
continuously GREEN.
IMPORTANT
If charger detects a problem, LED blinks RED. Re-
move battery from charger, clear obstructions from
contacts and reinstall battery into charger. If battery is
outside acceptable temperature range (0°C to 60°C)
LED remains RED. Remove battery from charger and
warm or cool as needed, then reinstall battery into
charger.
Protect from rain and dampness.
Always operate and store in dry rooms lo-
cated indoors.
Operate the charger at ambient tempera tures b etwee n
0ºC - 60ºC.
Do not cover the charger. Covering the charger will pre-
vent it from cooling.
Never bridge (short circuit) the charger's terminals with metallic objects (e.g. jewellery,
nails, coins) because it may damage the
charger.
In the event of smoke or fire in the charger, disconnect
it from the wall outlet immediately.
To reduce the risk of electric shock or short circuit, do
not insert any objects in the charger's cooling slots.
Do not operate on an easily combustible surface (e.g.
paper, textiles) or in an easily combustible environment
- there is a risk of a fire.
Do not operate the charger in explosive atmospheres,
such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or
When charging is complete, LED will remain GREEN.
NOTE
A fully discharged LBP-560-100 battery pack will
charge in about 42 minutes, and a fully discharged
LBP-560-200 battery pack will charge in about 88
minutes with the rapid LCJQ-560 charger.

Verify battery is fully charged by removing battery from
charger, then pressing battery charge status button (B),
and checking LED display (C).
1 green light indicates that the battery has 25% charge.
2 green lights indicate that the battery has 50% charge.
3 green lights indicate that the battery has 75% charge.
4 green lights indicate that the battery has 100%
charge.
IMPORTANT
Remove battery from charger when not in use.
Battery Charger Indicator Lights:
Red LED – Battery is outside charging temperature
range
Red LED Blinking – Fault
Green LED – Battery finished charging
Green LED Blinking-- Battery is charging normally

pour le chargeur de batteries modèle LCJQ-560.
Avant d'utiliser le chargeur de batteries, lire l'ensemble
de la notice et les mises en garde figurant sur le chargeur de batteries, sur la batterie et sur le produit utilisé
avec la batterie.
ATTENTION
Pour réduire le risque d'accident, charger uniquement des batteries rechargeables lithium-ion YAMABIKO modèle LBP-560-100 (1,82 Ah/92 Wh) ou
LBP-560-200 (3,66 Ah/1 85 Wh). Les autres types
de batteries pourraient éclater, avec un risque
d'accident corporel et de dégâts matériels.
Ne jamais tenter de charger ou d'utiliser un bloc-batterie
défectueux, endommagé ou déformé.
Brancher le chargeur uniquement sur une alimentation
correspondant à la tension et à la fréquence spécifiées
sur celui-ci ; brancher le chargeur exclusivement sur
une prise murale aisément accessible.
Ne jamais utiliser un chargeur défectueux ou endom-
magé.
Ne pas ouvrir le chargeur.
Ranger le chargeur hors de portée des enfants.
Protéger de la pluie et de l'humidité.
Toujours utiliser et ranger dans des en-
droits secs, à l'intérieur.
Utiliser le chargeur à une température ambiante com-
prise entre 0 et 60 ºC.
Ne pas couvrir le chargeur. Couvrir le chargeur l'empê-
cherait de se refroidir.
Ne jamais ponter (court-circuiter) les bornes
du chargeur avec des objets métalliques (par
exemple des bijoux, clous, pièces de monnaie), au risque d'endommager le chargeur.
Si de la fumée ou des flammes se dégagent du char-
geur, débrancher immédiatement celui-ci de la prise
murale.
Pour réduire le risque de choc électrique ou de court-
circuit, ne pas introduire d'objets dans les fentes de re-
froidissement du chargeur.
Ne pas utiliser le chargeur sur une surface facilement
combustible (telle que du papier ou du textile) ou dans
environnement facilement combustible – il existe un
risque d'incendie.
Ne pas utiliser le chargeur dans une atmosphère explo-
sible, par exemple en présence de liquides, gaz ou
poussières inflammables. Les chargeurs peuvent produire des étincelles qui peuvent enflammer des poussières ou des vapeurs – il existe un risque d'explosion.
Vérifier régulièrement l'état du cordon d'alimentation du
chargeur. Si le cordon d'alimentation est endommagé,
débrancher immédiatement la fiche de l'alimentation
électrique pour éviter tout risque de choc électrique.
Pour débrancher, saisir la fiche et non le cordon.
Ne pas utiliser le cordon d'alimentation à d'autres fins,
par exemple pour transporter ou suspendre le chargeur.
Pour réduire le risque de trébuchement, positionner et
signaler le cordon d'alimentation de telle manière qu'il
ne puisse pas être endommagé et de façon à ce qu'il ne
constitue un danger pour personne.
Pour réduire le risque de choc électrique, toujours bran-
cher le chargeur sur une prise murale correctement installée.
Après avoir utilisé le chargeur, le débrancher de la prise
murale.
Cet appareil n'est pas destiné à être utilisé par des per-
sonnes (y compris les enfants) présentant des capacités physiques, sensorielles ou mentales réduites ou
manquant d'expérience ou de connaissances, à moins
qu'elles n'aient été informées de la manière d'utiliser
l'appareil par une personne responsable de leur sécurité.
Surveiller les enfants afin de veiller à ce qu'ils ne jouent
pas avec l'appareil.
Si le cordon d'alimentation est endommagé, demander
au fabricant, à son agent SAV ou à toute personne possédant une qualification similaire de le remplacer afin
d'éviter tout danger.
CONSERVER LA PRÉSENTE
NOTICE.
Pour charger une batterie :
Brancher le cordon secteur du chargeur sur une prise
230-240 Vca.
Aligner les nervures de la batterie sur les rainures du
chargeur et faire coulisser la batterie dans le chargeur.
Durant la charge normale, la DEL (A) du chargeur cli-
gnote en continu en VERT.
IMPORTANT
Si le chargeur détecte un problème, la DEL clignote
en ROUGE. Retirer la batterie du chargeur, nettoyer
les contacts et réinstaller la batterie dans le chargeur.
Si la batterie n'est pas dans la plage de température
acceptable (de 0 à 60 °C), la DEL reste allumée en
ROUGE. Retirer la batterie du chargeur et la réchauffer ou la refroidir suivant les besoins, puis la réinstaller dans le chargeur.

Lorsque la charge est terminée, la DEL reste allumée
en VERT.
REMARQUE
Un bloc-batterie LBP-560-100 entièrement déchargé
se chargera en 42 minutes environ et un bloc-batterie
LBP-560-200 entièrement déchargé se chargera en
88 minutes environ avec le chargeur rapide LCJQ-
560.
Vérifier que la batterie est entièrement chargée en la re-
tirant du chargeur et appuyant sur le bouton d'état de
charge de la batterie (B). Vérifier les indications données par les DEL (C).
1 voyant vert indique que la batterie est chargée à
25 %.
2 voyants verts indiquent que la batterie est chargée à
50 %.
3 voyants verts indiquent que la batterie est chargée à
75 %.
4 voyants verts indiquent que la batterie est chargée à
100 %.
IMPORTANT
Retirer la batterie du chargeur lorsqu'il n'est pas en
service.
Voyants indicateurs du chargeur de batteries :
DEL rouge – batterie hors de la plage de température
de charge
DEL rouge clignotante – défaut
DEL verte – mise en charge de la batterie terminée
DEL verte clignotante – batterie en cours de charge nor-
male
