Design and construction features

• Patented QuadTruss®design (patent #5,390,803) makes
shelves* up to 25% stronger and provides a retaining ledge
for increased storage stability and product retention.

• Unique roller assembly (patent #5,680,942) eliminates
binding which can occur in other track systems and allows
longer track length without a stationary intermediate unit.

• Maximum storage in a minimum of space.

• Quick and easy assembly.

• Requires only single-aisle access.

• Provides for easier cleaning with safe access to all units.

• Wide selection of shelving* sizes and finishes, including
EAGLEbrite
EAGLEgard®(with MICROGARD®antimicrobial protection)
green epoxy.

Overhead Track Kits

• Includes all necessary sections of front and rear tracks for
as sem bling lengths of 6´to 21´, plus all hardware.

• Any kits 9´or longer include two or more front and rear
track sections with joiner pieces and all hardware.

• A mid-stationary unit is recommended on lengths of
over 30´.

• Kits 13´(3962mm) and longer are wood-crated.

• Special lengths available.

Stationary End/Intermediate Unit Kits*

• Includes all hardware and posts nec es sary for con nect ing
sta tion ary units to track.

• Units must be anchored to the floor to prevent movement.

• One kit re quired for each stationary unit.

Mobile Unit Kits*

• Includes posts, casters and all parts and nec es sary hard ware.

• Casters are 5˝ x 1

• One kit required for each mobile unit.

Safety Notes:

• Stationary End/Intermediate Units must have a

minimum of four shelves. Mobile units should
have top shelf positioned as close to track
as possible.

• The width of the Stationary End/Intermediate

Units should be the same or bigger than the
width of the mobile units.

• Standard Master Trak

systems require
74˝ (1880mm) posts on the Stationary End/
Intermediate Units. Shelves sold separately.

• 900 lbs. (408 kg) total is the max weight

capacity for Mobile Units.

• Recommended aisle widths are 30˝-36˝

(762-914mm). However, larger items stored
within the system may require an aisle width
over 36˝ (914mm).
