Eagle Director's Choice®Refrigerated Milk Unit, model DCS3-EMU. Top to be 16/304 stainless steel turned down on all sides. 11⁄2˝ square type 304 stainless steel all-welded tubular base. Fully mobile with 5˝ poly tread casters. Quick release spring loaded docking device keeps adjoining units together. Self-elevating refrigerated milk dispenser has heavy gauge galvanized outer casing and stainless steel liner with 1˝ IPS drain, and foamed-in-place insulation. Divider trays for 260 half-pint mini peak containers. Hinged folding lid with stainless steel outer shell. Standard laminate front panel is holly berry

Design and Construction Features

• 30˝ (762mm) wide top is solid, constructed of 16 gauge type 304 stainless steel, die-formed, welded, and polished.

• Welded 11⁄2˝ (38mm) type 304 stainless steel square tubular base construction.

• Open-base frame features type 304 stainless steel apron on operator’s side.

• 34˝ (864mm) standard working height complies with ADA guidelines for accessibility standards.

• 163⁄4˝ x 223⁄4˝ (425 x 578mm) dispenser opening.

• Built-in milk dispenser features heavy duty galvanized outer casing, stainless steel inner liner, 1˝ (25mm) IPS drain, and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. Self-leveling stainless steel springs with elevator.

• Divider trays for 260 1⁄2-pint mini-peak cartons.

• Hinged folding lids feature stainless steel outer shell and hi-impact plastic inner liner.

• Fully mobile - standard 5˝ (127mm) poly tread casters, two with brakes (brake casters on server side).
