The tire temperature sensor allows you to monitor the temperature of the motorcycle
tire.

PARTS
The following table shows all of the parts included in the Tire Temperature Sensor
Installation kit. Check your kit against the parts listed to make sure you have received
all of the parts. If any part is missing, contact Dynojet Technical Support.
This section contains instructions for installing the tire temperature sensor.
ASSEMBLINGTHE SENSOR
1Mount the sensor bracket to the sensor bracket peg using the 10-32 screw.

2Mount the sensor to the sensor bracket.
3Mount the sensor bracket to the magnetic base.

2aRemove one of the nuts from the sensor.
2bSlip the sensor bracket on the sensor.
2cSecure the sensor bracket to the sensor using the nut.

WIRINGTHE SENSOR
1Remove the hood from the dyno.
2Attach the five wires on the cable coming from the tire temperature sensor to
TEMP on the Breakout board as described below.
• Green wire to G2
•White wire to W2
•Black wire to B2
• Red wire to R2
• Silver (ground) wire to S2
Note: Do not use G1 through S1. These are reserved for monitoring the brake
temperature.

SECURINGTHE MOUNTING BRACKETAND SENSOR ASSEMBLY
1Replace the hood on the dyno.
2Secure the mounting bracket to the hood using the bolts removed earlier.
3Secure the magnetic base to the mounting bracket.
4Adjust the sensor so it is pointing at the center of the tire.
