The ignition must be turned OFF before
installation.
1 Remove the main seat and the passenger seat.
2 Remove the right hand side tail section as
shown in Figure A.
3 Prop the front of the fuel tank up.

4 Remove the pins on the underside tail section
as shown in Figure B.

5 Route the PCIII USB EX harness between the
underside tail section and sub frame as shown
in Figure C.
Continue routing the harness down the right
hand side of the bike towards the throttle
bodies.

6 Unplug the stock connector from the throttle
bodies as shown in Figure D.
This is a 16-pin brown connector located
under the fuel tank on the right hand side of
the bike.
7 Attach the connectors from the PCIII USB EX
harness to the throttle bodies and stock wiring
harness connectors as shown in Figure E.

8 Attach the ground wire from the PCIII USB EX
to the negative side of the battery as shown in
Figure F.

9 Using the supplied velcro, secure the
PCIII USB EX to the inner part of the right
hand fairing as shown in Figure G. Make sure
to clean both surfaces with the alcohol swab
before attaching.
10 Reinstall all body work and the fuel tank.
11 Reinstall the main seat and passenger seat.
12 Insert the cd provided into your computer’s
cd-rom drive.
13 Follow the on-screen instructions to install the
PCIII USB EX software.

Note: This harness is intentionally long for
racing applications.

software open the software and go to HELP.
