When it barks, your dog will hear and/or receive a stimulus. The dog
will make the connection between its barking and the stimulus and will
stop barking. It may take your dog several days before making that
association.
Without the collar, your dog will go back to barking.
The collar must not be round your dog's neck all the time but only when
you want it not to bark.
III - USING THE DEVICE
3.1 - Choice of electrodes
2 sets of electrodes are provided.
Choose the electrodes according to your dog's hair:
• long-haired dog = long electrodes
• short-haired dog = short electrodes
To fix the electrodes on the collar, clamping by hand, with no tools, is
sufficient.
3.2 - Inserting the battery
Unscrew the battery panel with the disc/screwdriver.
Insert the 3V lithium battery observing the polarity shown on the unit.
3.3 - Switching the device on
Move the disc/magnet quickly over of the green point (magnetic
contact): there is an audible beep + the green LED lights up for 50
ms: the device is ready for use.
The collar is set to mode 1 (cf. Section 4 “Different operating modes”)
The device is ready (waiting for barking): the green LED flashes every
4 seconds.

3.4 - Adjusting the collar to the dog's neck
Place the collar on the dog's neck, tightening it sufficiently (put a finger
between the collar and the animal's neck).
Check your dog's neck regularly. Do not use the collar for more than
8 hours a day.
IV - OPERATING MODES
4.1 - Operating modes
Each stimulus is shown by the LED lighting up.
Mode 1: Emission of an audible beep and 8 gradual levels of electrostatic
stimuli depending on the barking frequency.
Operating principle
An audible beep precedes the electrostatic stimulus so that the dog
makes the connection between the beep and the stimulus.
On the first barking, a beep and a level 1 electrostatic stimulus are given
off, warning the dog. If the dog continues barking within 10 seconds,
it receives a second, level 2, electrostatic stimulus.
The increase continues until the barking stops or it reaches level 8. The
dog adjusts the electrostatic stimulus to its level of sensitivity.
The level of stimulus at which the dog stopped barking is stored in
memory until the next barking.
If there is no barking for 5 minutes, the intensity of the stimulus goes
down one level and so on down to level 1. Your dog will not receive
more than two level 8 static corrections. After the 2nd level 8 correction, the collar automatically switches back to level 1 and reinitiates the
graduated procedure.
The collar automatically adjusts the level of electrostatic stimulus
according to the dog's sensitivity and the frequency of its barking.
Use
This mode is recommended in the dog's education phase or for regular
use.
For best results, be around during the first trials long enough to observe
your dog and monitor its progress. Check the electrodes are making good
contact on the dog's skin.
Mode 2: Audible stimuli only
Operating principle
Each time the dog barks, a warning is given in the form of a “beep”.
Use
This mode is recommended for dogs already educated in the collar.
A simple audible stimulus is sufficient to stop the barking.
Mode 3: Electrostatic stimuli only with gradual increase from level 1 to
level 8
Operating principle
The mode 3 operation is the same as that for mode 1 but with no beep
given off before the electrostatic stimulus.
Use
This mode is used for dogs having difficulty associating the beep and
the electrostatic stimuli.
MODES STIMULIUSE
AVAILABLE
Mode 1
(factory
set mode)
Mode 2Audible beep onlyFor dogs educated with mode 1,
Mode 3
Audible beep + electrostatic stimulus with

of the stimulus if the

Electrostatic stimulus
only with increase in the
intensity of the stimulus
if the barking continues
For the learning phases.
The beep serves to warn the dog of
the electrostatic stimulus.
The dog gradually associates the
beep and the electrostatic stimulus.
the beep alone is sufficient to
stop the barking.
For dogs educated in Mode 1 but
which continue to bark in Mode 2.
4.2 - Operating mode selection
The collar is set by default to mode 1.
Change the mode by passing the magnet over the green point (magnetic
contact).
The mode is selected by holding the disc/magnet over the green point
(magnetic contact): the LED flashes.
Care: hold the disc/magnet over the green point for at least 3 seconds
for proper recognition.
Keep the disc/magnet there until you hear the number of beeps relating
to the mode required:
MODES SELECTION

V - SWITCHING THE DEVICE OFF
Turn the device off by moving the magnet quickly over the green point
(magnetic contact): emission of 1 long beep + the LED lights up for 1
second.
To turn the device off completely, remove the battery.
By removing the battery, the collar returns to Mode 1.
VI - BATTERY STATE INDICATOR
Flat battery = repeated LED flashes every 30 seconds
