Description:
The Duro-Last® Fascia System may be used as perimeter detail for the Duro-Last roofing system and as termination on rectangular penetrations. The system consists of a bar and snap-on cover. The system has been approved by FM Approvals as a Class 1-90 perimeter flashing.

Note:
Fascia bar and cover are ordered separately in 10
foot lengths. They will be packaged in cardboard tubes or boxes.

The fascia bar is fabricated from rigid exterior vinyl
with pre-punched slotted holes 6 inches (152 mm) on center. The bar is 10 foot long and available in two widths: 1.75 inch (44 mm) and 4 inch (102 mm). The bar is only available in white color.

Product Identity: Duro-Last 10 Foot Extrusions
Installation:
1. The 1.75 inch (44 mm) wide fascia bar must be fastened 6 inches (152 mm) on center, maximum.
2. The 4 inch (102 mm) fascia bar must be fastened
6 inches (152 mm) on center, maximum. The
fastening may be along one row of holes or
staggered along three rows.
3. It is required to leave a ¼ inch (6.3 mm) gap
between sections of the fascia bar.
4. The fascia cover should be installed so that the joints between sections are offset a minimum of 12
inches (25 mm) from the joints between sections of
the fascia bar.
5. It is required to leave a 1 inch (25 mm) space
between sections of fascia cover.
6. Cover the gap between sections of fascia cover with the fascia cover clip.
7. Apply Duro-Caulk® Plus along the top of the fascia
bar.
8. Refer to detail drawings 3030 and 3040 for
installation information when roof system is mechanically attached or FA3030 and FA3040
when the roof system is fully adhered.
9. The fascia system may not be installed as a
gravel/water stop.
