IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
INTENDED USE:
This product is intended for indoor residential and ofce use only,not for industrial or other commercial application.Use only with electrical wiring that is in good working order and that meets applicable codes and ordinances.If you have any questions whether your wiring is adequate, consult a qualied electrician.
Use your heater-fan only with a working smoke detector located in the vicinity of your heater/fan.
While using your heater/fan, you should follow the IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS listed below.As part of those instructions, we have used the word."WARNING"to indicate the level of hazard;
WARNING: indicates a hazard which , if not avoided, could result in injury or death.
When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of re, electric shock and injury to persons, including the following:
1. Read all instructions before using this heater/fan.
2. This heater /fan is hot when in use.To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces.Use provided handle when moving this heater/fan. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9m) from the front of the heater/fan and keep them away from the sides
and rear.
3. Extreme caution is necessary when any heater/fan is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the heater/fan is left operating unattended.
4. Do not operate the heater/fan with a damaged power cord or plug, if the heater/fan malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner.Return heater/fan to authorized service facility for examination,electrical or mechanical adjustment or repair.
5. Do not use outdoors.
6. This heater/fan is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas and similar indoor locations, Never locate heater /fan where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container.
7. Do not place the heater/fan on a small ,unlevel,uneven or any surface which might allow heater/fan to tip or fail.
8. For proper operation, heater/fan should be placed on a smooth, non-combustible surface. Do not place on rugs.Not for use outdoors or in wet areas.
9. Always unplug heater/fan when not in use.
10.Do not run power cord under carpeting.Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners or similar coverings. Arrange cord away from trafc area where it will not be tripped over.

11. To disconnect heater/fan , turn controls off then remove plug from outlet.
12. Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or re or damage the heater.
13. To prevent a possible re, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner . Do not use on soft surfaces like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
14. A heater/fan has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside.Do not use it in areas where gasoline, paint or ammable liquids are used or stored.
15. Use this heater/fan only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufactorer may cause re, electric shock or injury to persons or properly.
16. CAUTION:in order to avoid a hazard due to inadevrtent resetting of the thermal cutout, this appliance must not be supplied through an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regulary switched on and off by the utility.
17. Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/ receptacle. Never use with an extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/ power strip)

STORAGE:Keep original carton for storage of the heater/fan, store the power cord to avoid damage during storage.
REFUELING : This heater/fan is factory sealed and never needs refueling.
WARNING: DO NOT OPERATE THE HEATER/FAN WITH THE ALARM SOUNDING.
WARNING: This product is equipped with a polarized plug (one blade is wider than
the other blade). To reduce the risk of electrical shock, this plug will t into a polarized outlet only one way. This is a safety feature. If you are unable to insert the plug into the electrical outlet, try reversing the plug. If the plug still does not t, contact a qualied
electrician.
