Your Drive brand product is warranted to be free
of defects in materials and workmanship for the
lifetime of the original consumer purchaser.
This device was built to exacting standards and
carefully inspected prior to shipment. This Lifetime
Limited Warranty is an expression of our confidence in the materials and workmanship of our
products and our assurance to the consumer of
years of dependable service.
In the event of a defect covered by this
warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace
the device.
This warranty does not cover device failure
due to owner misuse or negligence, or normal
wear and tear. The warranty does not extend to
non-durable components, such as rubber
accessories, casters, and grips, which are subject
to normal wear and need periodic replacement.

assembly instructions
1. Remove screen and caster box from carton.
2. Remove nuts and bolts and casters from box.
3. Place screen on it’s side.
4. Slide a plastic cap over the leg.
5. Unscrew nuts from bolts and position one of
the washers on the bolt.
6. Align one of the casters with the holes in the
leg of the screen.
7. Insert bolt through the holes of the caster and
screen leg. Be sure to position a washer in
between the bolt head and the caster leg.
8. Place another caster leg over the end of the
bolt that is protruding form the hole.
9. Place a washer over the end of the bolt.
10. Place a nut over the end of the bolt and use the
provided allen wrench to tighten the bolt.
11. Repeat for other screen leg.
12. Make sure all bolts are firmly tightened.
13. Slide plastic cap down to cover top of caster
legs.
