Subject: Declaration for certified accessories without user manual

Dear Sirs,
The products of Draeger Safety GmbH with the above stated FCC IDs are additional

accessories dedicated for integration/connection into the “Draeger FPS-COM 5000”
manufactured and marketed by Draeger Safety GmbH.
Those accessories do not have any functionalities without being connected to the Mask and
will be solely built in by professional staff; therefore there is no individual user manual for
each individual component.
Consequently, the necessary information describing those accessories and their functions
will be included in the main user manual of the final end product (Masks), including clear
instructions on how end users can find and/or access the FCC IDs.

The following statements as per CFR 47, §15.21 and §15.19(a)(3) are included in a
prominent location of the user’s manual:

“Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for

compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.”
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the

following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and
(2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that
may cause undesired operation
