Geachte klant,

Al onze producten ondergaan steeds een strenge kwaliteitscontrole,

alvorens ze aan je worden aangeboden. Mocht je desondanks toch nog
problemen hebben met jouw toestel, dan betreuren wij dit ten zeerste.

Dit apparaat heeft een garantietermijn van 2 jaar vanaf de datum van aankoop. Gedurende de

garantieperiode zal de distributeur volledige verantwoording op zich nemen voor gebreken die

aanwijsbaar berusten op materiaal- of constructiefouten. Wanneer dergelijke gebreken voorkomen, zal
het apparaat, indien nodig, vervangen of gerepareerd worden. De garantieperiode van 2 jaar zal op dit
moment niet terug beginnen, maar loopt verder tot 2 jaar na de aankoop van het toestel. De garantie
wordt verleend op basis van het kassaticket. Indien je apparaat defect is binnen de garantietermijn van 2
jaar, dan mag je het toestel samen met het originele kassaticket binnenbrengen in de winkel waar je het

toestel hebt aangekocht.

De garantie op accessoires en onderdelen die onderhevig zijn aan slijtage, bedraagt 6 maanden.
De garantie en verantwoordelijkheid/aansprakelijkheid van de leverancier en fabrikant vervallen

automatisch in de volgende gevallen:

· Bij het niet naleven van de instructies in deze handleiding.

· Bij verkeerde aansluiting, vb. te hoge elektrische spanning.

· Bij verkeerd, hardhandig of abnormaal gebruik.

· Bij onvoldoende of verkeerd onderhoud.

· Bij herstelling of wijziging van het toestel door de consument of niet gemachtigde derden.

· Bij gebruik van onderdelen of accessoires welke niet worden aanbevolen of geleverd door de

leverancier / fabrikant.

VEILIGHEIDSVOORSCHRIFTEN

Wanneer je elektrische toestellen gebruikt, moeten volgende veiligheidsinstructies in acht genomen

worden:

· Lees deze instructies zorgvuldig door. Bewaar deze handleiding om later te raadplegen.

· Verwijder voor het eerste gebruik alle verpakkingsmaterialen en eventuele promotionele stickers.

Zorg ervoor dat kinderen niet met de verpakkingsmaterialen spelen.

· Dit toestel is geschikt om te gebruiken in de huishoudelijke omgeving en in gelijkaardige omgevingen

· Dit toestel mag gebruikt worden door kinderen vanaf 16 jaar en personen met een fysieke of

sensoriële beperking of mensen met een beperkte mentale capaciteit of gebrek aan ervaring of

kennis, op voorwaarde dat deze personen toezicht krijgen of instructies hebben gekregen over het
gebruik van het toestel op een veilige manier en dat ze ook de gevaren kennen bij het gebruik van het

toestel. Kinderen mogen niet met het toestel spelen. Het onderhoud en de reiniging van het toestel

mogen niet door kinderen gebeuren tenzij ze ouder zijn dan 16 jaar en onder toezicht staan.

· Houd het toestel en de voedingskabel buiten het bereik van kinderen jonger dan 16 jaar.

· Opgelet: het toestel mag niet gebruikt worden met een externe timer of een aparte
afstandsbediening.

Het toestel kan warm worden tijdens het gebruik. Houd het elektrisch snoer weg van
hete onderdelen en dek het toestel niet af.

· Raak geen hete oppervlakken aan, gebruik de voorziene handvatten.

· Dit toestel mag niet in water of in een andere vloeistof gezet worden.

· Gebruik het toestel nooit dichtbij ontvlambare materialen of hete ovens.

· Zorg ervoor dat de lucht vrij kan circuleren rondom het toestel.

· Wanneer het toestel gevallen en/of beschadigd is, laat het dan herstellen door een professional.

· Gebruik geen scherpe voorwerpen om resten te verwijderen.

· Gebruik het toestel nooit wanneer het snoer of de stekker beschadigd is.

· Gebruik het toestel nooit met natte handen.

· Zet het toestel op een droge, vlakke ondergrond.

· Trek altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact als je het toestel schoonmaakt. Laat in dit geval het toestel

ook volledig aoelen.

· Kijk regelmatig het stroomsnoer na op beschadigingen. Laat het nooit over de rand van de tafel
hangen of in contact komen met hete oppervlakken.

· Gebruik het toestel enkel binnenshuis.

· Gebruik het toestel enkel voor het doel waarvoor het bestemd is.

· Dit toestel is enkel geschikt voor huishoudelijk gebruik.

GEBRUIK

Opgelet: bij het eerste gebruik van het toestel kan er een lichte rook en geur van de bakplaten komen. Dit

is normaal.

1. Zorg ervoor dat de bakplaten proper zijn. Wrijf ze desnoods proper met een schone, vochtige doek.

2. Smeer bij het eerste gebruik de bakplaten in met een beetje plantaardige olie, boter of margarine.

3. Sluit het deksel.

4. Steek de stekker in het stopcontact. Het stroomindicatielampje zal beginnen branden en het toestel

begint meteen op te warmen. Laat het toestel opwarmen tot het temperatuurindicatielampje
aangaat. Het toestel heeft dan de juiste temperatuur bereikt.

5. Open het deksel en plaats het brood op de onderste plaat.

TIP: voor een goudbruine kleur kan je wat boter op de buitenkant van het brood smeren.

6. Sluit het deksel. Wees voorzichtig, aangezien er stoom uit de zijkanten kan ontsnappen. Zorg ervoor

dat er geen lichaamsdelen in contact komen met de hete stoom.

7. Sluit het deksel af met de veiligheidsclip.

8. Wanneer de croques klaar zijn, open dan het deksel en haal de croques uit het toestel met behulp

van een plastic of houten spatel. Gebruik in geen geval metalen voorwerpen, aangezien deze de
antiaanbaklaag kunnen beschadigen.

9. Trek na gebruik altijd meteen de stekker uit het stopcontact.

REINIGING EN ONDERHOUD

· Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact voor je het toestel gaat reinigen.

· Maak de buitenkant en de bakplaten schoon met een zuivere, vochtige doek. Droog het toestel goed
af. Gebruik nooit agressieve of schurende schoonmaakmiddelen.

· Dompel het toestel, het elektrisch snoer of de stekker nooit onder in water of een andere vloeistof.

Cet appareil est garanti 2 ans à compter de la date d’achat. Durant la période de garantie, le distributeur
assumera l’entière responsabilité en cas de défauts de fonctionnement (matériel) ou de fabrication. Si un
tel problème survient, l’appareil sera remplacé ou réparé. La période de garantie de 2 ans ne reprend pas

à zéro, mais se poursuit (jusqu’à 2 ans à compter de la date d’achat de l’appareil). La garantie est accordée

sur la base du ticket de caisse.

Pour les accessoires et les éléments d’usure, une garantie de 6 mois s’applique.
La garantie et la responsabilité du fournisseur et du fabricant n’ont plus eet dans les cas suivants :

· Les instructions du manuel n’ont pas été suivies.

· Mauvais raccordement, par ex. tension électrique trop forte.

· Utilisation contraire, brutale ou anormale.

· Entretien insusant ou non conforme.

UTILISATION

Attention: Lors de la première utilisation de l’appareil, il est possible qu’il se dégage une légère fumée et
une odeur des plaques de cuisson. C’est normal.

1. Assurez-vous que les plaques de cuisson sont propres. Au besoin, nettoyez-les en les frottant avec

un chion propre et humide.

2. Lors de la première utilisation, enduisez les plaques de cuisson avec un peu d’huile végétale, de
beurre ou de margarine.

3. Fermez le couvercle.

4. Branchez la che dans une prise de courant. Le témoin de mise sous tension doit s’allumer et

l’appareil doit aussitôt commencer à chauer. Laissez l’appareil monter en température jusqu’à ce

que le témoin d’indication de température s’allume. Celui-ci indique que l’appareil a atteint la bonne
température.

5. Ouvrez le couvercle et placez le pain sur la plaque inférieure.
CONSEIL: Pour obtenir des croque-monsieur bien dorés, vous pouvez beurrer légèrement la surface
extérieure du pain.

6. Fermez le couvercle. Soyez prudent car de la vapeur peut s’échapper par les côtés de l’appareil.

Veillez à ne laisser aucune partie du corps entrer en contact avec la vapeur brûlante.

7. Fermez le couvercle avec le verrou de sécurité.

8. Quand les croque-monsieur sont prêts, ouvrez le couvercle et retirez-les de l’appareil à l’aide d’une
spatule en bois ou en plastique. N’utilisez en aucun cas des ustensiles métalliques car ceux-ci

pourraient abîmer la couche anti-adhérente.

9. Débranchez la che dès que vous avez ni d’utiliser l’appareil.

NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN

· Débranchez l’appareil avant de le nettoyer.

· Utilisez un chion propre et humide pour nettoyer l’extérieur de l’appareil ainsi que les plaques de

cuisson. Essuyez bien l’appareil. N’utilisez jamais de détergents abrasifs ou agressifs.

· N’immergez jamais l’appareil, le cordon électrique ou la che dans l’eau ou dans tout autre liquide.

GEBRAUCH

Achtung: Beim ersten Gebrauch des Geräts kann von den Backplatten ein leichter Rauch und Geruch
aufsteigen. Das ist normal.

1. Sorgen Sie dafür, dass die Backplatten sauber sind. Reinigen Sie diese anderenfalls mit einem
weichen, feuchten Tuch.

2. Schmieren Sie die Backplatten vor dem ersten Gebrauch mit ein wenig Panzenöl ein.

3. Schliessen Sie den Deckel.

4. Stecken Sie den Stecker in die Steckdose. Das Strom-Kontrolllämpchen wird aueuchten und das
Gerät fängt direkt mit dem Aufwärmprozess an. Lassen Sie das Gerät so lange aufwärmen, bis das

Temperaturkontrolllämpchen aueuchtet. Nun hat das Gerät die Backtemperatur erreicht.

5. Önen Sie den Deckel und legen Sie die Brote auf die untere Backplatte.
TIP: Um eine goldbraune Kruste zu bekommen können Sie das Brot vor dem Backen an der

Aussenseite mit etwas Butter einschmieren.

6. Schliessen Sie den Deckel. Seien Sie vorsichtig, da etwas Dampf an den Seiten austreten kann.
Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie nicht in Kontakt mit dem heissen Dampf kommen.

7. Schliessen Sie den Deckel mit dem Sicherheitsverschluss.

8. Önen Sie den Deckel, wenn die Sandwichtoasts fertig sind und entfernen Sie diese mit

einem hölzernen Spatel. Benutzen Sie keine Metallgegenstände zum Entfernen, da diese die
Antihaftbeschichtung beschädigen könnten.

9. Ziehen Sie nach jedem Gebrauch sofort den Stecker aus der Steckdose.

REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG

· Vor der Reinigung des Geräts immer zuerst den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose ziehen.

· Reinigen Sie das Gehäuse und die Grillplatten mit einem sauberen, feuchten Tuch. Trocken Sie das
Gerät gut ab. Keine aggressiven oder scheuernden Reinigungsmittel verwenden.

· Das Gerät, das Kabel oder den Stecker niemals in Wasser oder in andere Flüssigkeiten tauchen.

USE

Attention: When using the appliance for the rst time there may be a slight smell and smoke development

coming from the baking plates. This is normal.

1. Make sure that the baking plates are clean. If necessary, wipe them clean with a clean, damp cloth.

2. At the rst use, smear in the baking plates with a little vegetable oil, butter or margarine.

3. Close the lid.

4. Plug in the sandwich maker. The power indication light will go on and the appliance will start to heat
up immediately. Let the sandwich maker heat up until the temperature indication light goes on. At
that point, the appliance has reached the right temperature.

5. Open the lid and place the sandwich on the bottom plate.
TIP: To obtain a golden brown colour, you can smear some butter on the outside of the sandwich.

6. Close the lid. Be careful, as there may escape steam from the sides of the sandwich maker. Make
sure that there are no body parts coming into contact with the hot steam.

7. Seal the lid with the safety lock clip.

8. When the sandwiches are ready, open the lid and take out the sandwiches using a plastic or wooden

spatula. Never use any metal objects, since they can damage the non-stick coating.

9. Always immediately unplug the appliance after use.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

· Always unplug the appliance from the socket before cleaning.

· Clean the outside and the baking sheets with a damp clean cloth. Dry the appliance o well. Never use

USO

Atención: Al usar el aparato por vez primera las bandejas de cocción pueden desprender algo de humo y

olor. Esto es normal.

1. Asegúrese de que las placas están limpias. Límpielas con un paño limpio y húmedo, si hace falta.

2. Unte las placas con un poco de aceite vegetal, mantequilla o margarina, al utilizar el aparato por
primera vez.

3. Cierre la tapa.

4. Enchufe el aparato a la red. La luz indicadora de alimentación se encenderá y el aparato comenzará

enseguida a calentarse. Deje calentar el aparato hasta que se enciende la luz indicadora de

temperatura. En este momento el aparato habrá alcanzado la temperatura correcta.

5. Abra la tapa y coloque el sándwich en la placa inferior.
CONSEJO: Si usted quiere que el sándwich tenga un color dorado, puede untar un poco de

6. Cierre la tapa. Como se puede escapar vapor de los lados, hay que tener cuidado. Asegúrese de que
no entran las partes del cuerpo en contacto con el vapor caliente.

7. Cierre la tapa con el cierre de seguridad.

8. En cuanto los sándwiches estén listos, hay que abrir la tapa y sacarlos del aparato con la ayuda de

una espátula de plástico o madera. No utilice en ningún caso objetos metálicos, para no dañar la

capa antiadherente.

9. Siempre desenchufe el aparato inmediatamente después del uso.

LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO

· Antes de limpiar el aparato debe retirar el enchufe de la toma de corriente.

· Limpie el exterior y las bandejas con un paño limpio y húmedo. Seque bien el aparato. Nunca use

La garanzia dell’apparecchio è valida per 2 anni a partire dalla data di acquisto. Durante il periodo di
validità della garanzia, il distributore si assume la piena responsabilità dei difetti dei materiali o di quelli
di fabbricazione. In caso di presenza di tali difetti, se necessario, si procederà alla sostituzione o alla
riparazione dell’apparecchio. Il periodo di garanzia di 2 anni non ricomincia in quel momento, ma continua

Se l’apparecchio si rivela difettoso nel periodo di validità della garanzia, cioè 2 anni, potete portarlo,

UTILIZZO

Attenzione: al primo utilizzo, è possibile che l’apparecchio rilasci un po’ di fumo e di odore dalle teglie. È
normale.

1. Assicurarsi che le teglie siano pulite. Se necessario, pulirle con un panno pulito e inumidito.

2. Al primo utilizzo, ungere le teglie con un po’ di olio, burro o margarina.

3. Chiudere il coperchio.

4. Inserire la spina nella presa di corrente. La spia di indicazione dell’alimentazione si accende e

l’apparecchio inizia subito a riscaldarsi. Fare riscaldare l’apparecchio no a quando la spia luminosa

non si spegne. L’apparecchio ha raggiunto la temperatura corretta.

5. Aprire il coperchio e mettere il pane sulla teglia inferiore.
SUGGERIMENTO: per ottenere una doratura più intensa, è possibile spalmare di burro la parte
esterna del pane.

6. Chiudere il coperchio. Fare attenzione, perché è possibile che dai lati fuoriesca del vapore.
Assicurarsi che nessuna parte del corpo venga a contatto con il vapore caldo.

7. Chiudere il coperchio con la clip di sicurezza.

8. Quando i toast sono pronti, aprire il coperchio e toglierli dall’apparecchio utilizzando una spatola
in plastica o in legno. Non utilizzare oggetti in metallo, perché potrebbero danneggiare lo strato

1. Před vložením potravin do přístroje musí být pečící desky čisté. Pokud je potřeba, tak je očistěte
vlhkým jemným hadříkem.

2. Při prvním použití se potřeba desky lehce namazat olejem nebo jiným tukem.

3. Nejdříve zavřete víko.

4. Přístroj zapojte. Rozsvítí se kontrolka napájení a ihned se přístroj začne nahřívat. Jakmile bude

dostatečně nahřátý, tak se rozsvítí kontrolka nahřívání, což značí ideální okamžik na vložení toustů.

5. Otevřete víko, na spodní desky vložte sendviče.

Tip: pokud chcete mít zlatavou a křupavou krustu, tak toast potřete z vnější strany máslem.

6. Zavřete víko. Z pod víka se může linout horká pára. Ujistěte se, aby ta pára nikoho nemohla opařit.
Buďte velmi opatrní.

7. Při zavírání víka sevřete tousty, dokud se nezacvakne klip víka do zámku.

8. Na konci pečení otevřete opatrně víko (pozor na unikající páru). Pečené toasty vyndavejte opatrně

pomocí plastových či dřevěných špachtlí. Nikdy nepoužívejte kovové příslušenství, které by mohlo
poškodit nepřilnavý povrch desek.

9. Po ukončení pečení vždy přístroj vypojujte z el. sítě.

ČIŠTĚNÍ A ÚDRŽBA

· Před čištěním vždy přístroj nejdříve odpojte z el. sítě.

· Povrch přístroje stačí otírat jemným hadříkem. Na otírání nepoužívejte drsná čistidla, abyste

nepoškrábali povrch přístroje.

· Přístroj nikdy neponořujte do vody ani jiných kapalin. Hrozí riziko poranění el. proudem.

POUŽITIE

Upozornenie: Pri prvom použití prístroja sa môže objaviť alebo môže byť cítiť dym. To by však malo
čoskoro prestať a je to normálne, len sa vypaľujú prípadné menšie nečistoty z výroby.

1. Pred vložením potravín do prístroja musí byť pečenie dosky čisté. Ak je potreba, tak je očistite

3. Najskôr zatvorte veko.

4. Prístroj zapojte. Rozsvieti sa kontrolka napájania a ihneď sa prístroj začne nahrievať. Akonáhle bude

dostatočne nahriaty, tak sa rozsvieti kontrolka nahrievania, čo značí ideálny okamih na vloženie

toastov.

5. Otvorte veko, na spodnej dosky vložte sendviče.

Tip: ak chcete mať zlatistú a chrumkavú krustu, tak toast potrite z vonkajšej strany maslom.

6. Zatvorte veko. Z pod veka sa môže šíriť horúca para. Uistite sa, aby tá para nikoho nemohla opariť.
Buďte veľmi opatrní.

7. Pri zatváraní veka zovrite toasty, kým sa nezacvakne klip veka do zámku.

8. Na konci pečenia otvorte opatrne veko (pozor na unikajúcu paru). Pečené toasty vyberajte opatrne

pomocou plastových či drevených špachtľou. Nikdy nepoužívajte kovové príslušenstvo, ktoré by
mohlo poškodiť nepriľnavý povrch dosiek.

9. Po ukončení pečenia vždy prístroj vypojujte z el. siete.

ČISTENIE A ÚDRŽBA

· Pred čistením vždy prístroj najskôr odpojte z el. siete.

· Povrch prístroja stačí otierať jemnou handričkou. Na utieranie nepoužívajte drsná čistidlá, aby ste

nepoškriabali povrch prístroja.

· Prístroj nikdy neponárajte do vody ani iných kvapalín. Hrozí riziko poranenia el. prúdom.
