2.1 Grundlegende Sicherheit

Verpackung und das Türschloss auf Beschädigungen. Ein beschädigtes Produkt darf nicht in Betrieb genommen werden.
Auch beschädigte Kabel und Steckverbindungen dürfen nicht
verwendet werden.

Das Türschloss kann durch Bohren und eindringende Späne
oder Schmutz beschädigt werden. Führen Sie Bohrungen und
schmutzende Arbeiten am Türblatt nur aus, wenn das Türschloss ausgebaut ist.
Verspannungen durch nicht sachgerechten Einbau können das
Türschloss beschädigen. Bauen Sie das Türschloss verspannungsfrei ein.

6 Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
Die Türschlösser DM 100 und DP100 sind ausgelegt zur Verwendung als
Zutrittskontrolle für Hotelinnentüren.
7 Technische Beschreibung
Die Türschlösser DM 100 und DP100 bestehen aus folgenden Hauptelementen (Abb. 1, Seite 3):
Einsteckschloss (11)
Äußerer Türbeschlag (1)
Innerer Türbeschlag (8)
Profilzylinder (6)
Die Batterien im inneren Türbeschlag versorgen den Kartenleser im äußeren
Türbeschlag mit Spannung. Der Kartenleser liest das Identmittel (DM100:
SmartCard, DP100: RFID-Transponder) und gibt die Tür für einen Zeitraum
von 5 s frei. Die Tür wird dauerhaft geöffnet, wenn das Identmittel mindestens 10 s gesteckt oder vorgehalten wird.
Nach erfolgreicher Anmeldung am Türschloss wird der äußere Türdrücker
aufgekuppelt und die Tür kann geöffnet werden.
Von innen wird das Türschloss über den Knauf im Profilzylinder ver- und entriegelt.
Von außen wird das Türschloss über den Türschlüssel ver- und entriegelt.
Von innen kann das Türschloss in jedem Verriegelungszustand über den
inneren Türdrücker geöffnet werden.
Die Türdrücker ziehen die Falle zurück.
Der äußere Türdrücker ist ohne erfolgreiche Anmeldung am Kartenleser
ohne Funktion.
Der innere Türdrücker zieht sowohl die Falle als auch den Riegel des Einsteckschlosses zurück.
Der Profilzylinder schiebt den Riegel des Einsteckschlosses in die Ver- oder
Entriegelungsposition und zieht die Falle zurück.

8.1 Türschloss von außen öffnen
➤ Nur DM 100: Schieben Sie die SmartCard in den Kartenleser des Tür-
schlosses.
➤ Nur DP100: Halten Sie den RFID-Transponder vor den Kartenleser.
✓ Die LEDs im Türschloss zeigen eines der folgenden Leuchtsignale an:

9.1 Türblatt vorbereiten
HINWEIS

➤ Fertigen Sie die Bohrungen und Aussparungen für das Türschloss:
– DM 100: Abb. 2, Seite 4 und Abb. 4, Seite 6.
– DP100: Abb. 3, Seite 5 und Abb. 4, Seite 6.
➤ Säubern Sie die Schlosstasche und alle Bohrlöcher durch Ausblasen
oder Aussaugen.
Die Tiefe des Türblatts muss mindestens 35
9.2 Türschloss montieren
➤ Führen Sie das Datenkabel des Einsteckschlosses oben durch die Aus-
sparung.
➤ Befestigen Sie das Einsteckschloss mit zwei Schrauben in der Schloss-
tasche (Abb. 5 1., Seite 7).
➤ Montieren Sie den äußeren Türbeschlag mit dem entsprechenden
Drückerstift (Abb. 5 2., Seite 7).

beschlag.
➤ Montieren Sie den inneren Türbeschlag mit dem entsprechenden
Drückerstift und befestigen Sie ihn mit drei Schrauben (Abb. 5 3.,
Seite 7).
➤ Montieren Sie den Profilzylinder (Abb. 5 4., Seite 7).
➤ Fixieren Sie den Profilzylinder mit der Stulpschraube (Abb. 5 5.,
Seite 7).
➤ Verbinden Sie die erforderlichen Datenkabel mit der Steuerplatine.
➤ Lösen Sie das Kabel zur Spannungsversorgung von der Steuerplatine
(Abb. 6 3., Seite 8).
➤ Setzen Sie vier neue AA-Batterien in das Batteriefach ein (Abb. 6 5.,
Seite 8).
➤ Verbinden Sie das Kabel zur Spannungsversorgung mit der Steuerplatine
(Abb. 6 6., Seite 8).

➤ Montieren Sie die Abdeckung des Batteriefachs (Abb. 6 7., Seite 8).
➤ Befestigen Sie das Batteriefach mit der Schraube (Abb. 6 8., Seite 8).
9.3 Kartenleser kalibrieren (nur DP100)
Der Kartenleser des DP100 muss vor der Inbetriebnahme kalibriert werden.
➤ Lösen Sie die Schraube des Batteriefachs (Abb. 7 1., Seite 9).
➤ Entfernen Sie die Abdeckung des Batteriefachs (Abb. 7 2., Seite 9).
➤ Lösen Sie das Kabel zur Spannungsversorgung von der Steuerplatine
(Abb. 7 3., Seite 9).
➤ Verbinden Sie den Kalibrator mit der Kalibrierbuchse (Abb. 7 4.,
Seite 9).
HINWEIS

➤ Verbinden Sie das Kabel zur Spannungsversorgung mit der Steuerplatine
(Abb. 7 5., Seite 9).
✓ Die grüne LED leuchtet eine Sekunde lang. Danach leuchten beide LEDs
eine Sekunde lang. Nach 5 – 10 Sekunden leuchten beide LEDs gleichzeitig. Der Kartenleser kann kalibriert werden.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich keine Karten metallischen Gegenstände in der näheren Umgebung des Kartenlesers befinden.
➤ Führen Sie den RFID-Transponder zum Kartenleser.
➤ Wenn beide LEDs erlöschen, entfernen Sie den RFID-Transponder vom
Kartenleser.
✓ Nach spätestens 3 Sekunden leuchten eine oder mehrere LEDs:

Beide LEDs leuchten. Die Kalibrierung war nicht erfolgreich.
➤ Führen Sie das RFID-Transponder erneut vor den
Kartenleser und überprüfen Sie das Resultat in
dieser Tabelle.
Rote LED leuchtet. Die Kalibrierung war nicht erfolgreich.
➤ Wiederholen Sie den gesamten Kalibrierungs-
prozess.
Grüne LED leuchtet. Die Kalibrierung war erfolgreich.

➤ Entfernen Sie den Kalibrator aus der Kalibrierbuchse (Abb. 7 6.,
Seite 9).
➤ Montieren Sie die Abdeckung des Batteriefachs (Abb. 7 7., Seite 9).
➤ Befestigen Sie das Batteriefach mit der Schraube (Abb. 7 8., Seite 9).
➤ Führen Sie eine RFID-Karte zum Kartenleser.
✓ Die grüne LED leuchtet. Das Türschloss kann programmiert werden.
9.4 Türschloss programmieren
➤ Folgen Sie den Anweisungen in der Programmieranleitung.
9.5 Funktionsfähigkeit überprüfen
Die Falle und der Riegel des Türschlosses müssen leichtgängig schließen
und öffnen. Über den inneren Türdrücker muss die Falle in jedem Verriegelungszustand zurückgezogen werden können. Über den äußeren
Türdrücker darf die Falle nur nach erfolgreicher Anmeldung am Türschloss
geöffnet werden können. Die Türdrücker müssen leichtgängig betätigt
werden können.
➤ Prüfen Sie alle Funktionen des Türschlosses.
9.6 Notentriegelungsfunktion überprüfen
➤ Verriegeln Sie die Tür durch zweifache Drehung des Türknaufs.
➤ Drücken Sie den inneren Türdrücker. Sowohl Falle als auch Riegel
müssen leichtgängig zurückgezogen werden können.
10 Türschloss warten
Prüfen Sie das Schloss regelmäßig auf Leichtgängigkeit. Eine Wartung ist
erforderlich, sobald Falle oder Riegel des Türschlosses nicht mehr leichtgängig über die Türdrücker oder den Profilzylinder öffnen oder schließen.
➤ Schmieren Sie das Türschloss an den Schmierstellen (Abb. 8,
Seite 10).

Nach spätestens einem Jahr müssen die Batterien des Türschlosses gewechselt werden. Darüber hinaus müssen die Batterien sofort getauscht
werden, wenn das Türschloss durch abwechselndes Blinken der roten und
der grünen LED niedrige Batteriespannung anzeigt.

➤ Lösen Sie die Schraube des Batteriefachs (Abb. 6 1., Seite 8).
➤ Entfernen Sie die Abdeckung des Batteriefachs (Abb. 6 2., Seite 8).
➤ Lösen Sie das Kabel zur Spannungsversorgung von der Steuerplatine
(Abb. 6 3., Seite 8).
➤ Entnehmen Sie die vier verbrauchten Batterien aus dem Batteriefach
(Abb. 6 4., Seite 8).
➤ Setzen Sie vier neue AA-Batterien in das Batteriefach ein (Abb. 6 5.,
Seite 8).
➤ Verbinden Sie das Kabel zur Spannungsversorgung mit der Steuerplatine
(Abb. 6 6., Seite 8).
Verwenden Sie hochwertige Alkaline AA-Batterien.
➤ Montieren Sie die Abdeckung des Batteriefachs (Abb. 6 7., Seite 8).
➤ Befestigen Sie das Batteriefach mit der Schraube (Abb. 6 8., Seite 8).

The door lock may become damaged by drilling and shavings
entering it or dirt. Only drill holes and carry out work that causes
dirt to form on the door leaf if the door lock is removed.
Tension caused by not fitting the door lock correctly may lead to
damage. Fit the door lock without tension.

6 Intended use
The DM 100 and DP100 door locks are designed for use as access control
for hotel interior doors.
7 Technical description
The DM 100 and DP100 consist of the following main parts (fig. 1, page 3):
Mortice lock (11)
Outer door handle (1)
Inner door handle (8)
Profile cylinder (6)
The batteries in the inner door handle provide the card reader in the outer
door handle with power. The card reader reads the means of identification
(SmartCard DM100: SmartCard, DP100: RFID-Transponder) and releases
the door for a period of 5 s. The door is kept open if the means of identification is inserted into or held up to the card reader for at least 10 s.
After a successful sign-in on the door lock, the outer door handle is released
and the door can be opened.
The door lock is locked and unlocked from the inside using the knob in the
profile cylinder.
The door lock is locked and unlocked from the outside using the door key.
The door lock can be opened from the inside using the inner door handle,
whether it is locked or unlocked.
The door handles draw back the latch.
If there is no successful sign-in through the card reader, the outer door handle does not function.
The inner door handle draws back both the latch and the bolt of the mortice
lock.
The profile cylinder pushes the bolt of the mortice lock into the locked or unlocked position and draws back the latch.

8 Operating the door lock
8.1 Opening the door lock from the outside
➤ DM 100 only: Insert the SmartCard into the door lock card reader.
➤ DP 100 only: Hold the RFID-Transponder up to the card reader.

9 Fitting the door lock
9.1 Preparing the door leaf

➤ Drill the holes and prepare the recesses for the door lock:
– DM 100: fig. 2, page 4 and fig. 4, page 6.
– DP100: fig. 3, page 5 and fig. 4, page 6.
➤ Clean the recess for the lock and all drill holes by blowing out or vacuum-
ing any debris.
The door leaf must have a depth of at least 35
9.2 Fitting the door lock
➤ Guide the mortice lock data cable upwards through the recess.
➤ Affix the mortice lock (fig. 5 1., page 7) with two screws in the recess for
the lock.
➤ Fit the outer door handle with the corresponding spindle (fig. 5 2.,
page 7).

➤ DP 100 only: Connect the wide data cable to the outer door handle.
➤ Fit the inner door handle with the corresponding spindle and affix it with
three screws (fig. 5 3., page 7).
➤ Fit the profile cylinder (fig. 5 4., page 7).
➤ Fix the profile cylinder into place with the faceplate screw (fig. 5 5.,
page 7).
➤ Connect the required data cables to the control unit.
➤ Disconnect the cable for the power supply from the control unit (fig. 6 3.,
page 8).
➤ Insert four new AA batteries into the battery compartment (fig. 6 5.,
page 8).
➤ Connect the cable for the power supply to the control unit (fig. 6 6.,
page 8).
➤ Replace the battery compartment cover (fig. 6 7., page 8).
➤ Affix the battery compartment with the screw (fig. 6 8., page 8).

9.3 Calibrate the card reader (DP100 only)
The card reader of the DP100 has to be calibrated before use.
➤ Loosen the screw for the battery compartment (fig. 7 1., page 9).
➤ Remove the battery compartment cover (fig. 7 2., page 9).
➤ Disconnect the cable for the power supply from the control unit (fig. 7 3.,
page 9).
➤ Connect the calibrator to the calibration connector (fig. 7 4., page 9).

➤ Connect the cable for the power supply to the control unit (fig. 7 5.,
page 9).
✓ The green LED lights up for one second. Then both LEDs light up for one
second. After 5 – 10 seconds, both LEDs light up simultaneously. The
card reader can be calibrated.
➤ Move the RFID transponder to the card reader.
➤ If both LEDs turn off, remove the RFID transponder from the card reader.
Make sure that there are no cards and metal objects in the surrounding area of the card reader.
✓ After no more than three seconds, one or several LEDs light up:
LED Description
Both LEDs light up. The calibration was not successful.
➤ Move the RFID transponder to the card reader
again and check the result in this table.
Red LED lights up. The calibration was not successful.
➤ Repeat the entire calibration process.
Green LED lights up. The calibration was successful.
➤ Remove the calibrator from the calibration connector (fig. 7 6., page 9).
➤ Replace the battery compartment cover (fig. 7 7., page 9).
➤ Affix the battery compartment with the screw (fig. 7 8., page 9).
➤ Move an RFID transponder to the card reader.
✓ The green LED lights up. The door lock can be programmed.

9.4 Programming the door lock
➤ Follow the instructions in the programming guide.
9.5 Checking the lock is functioning properly
The latch and the bolt of the door lock must open and close smoothly. The
latch must be able to be drawn back using the inner door handle, whether it
is locked or unlocked. The latch must only be able to be opened using the
outer door handle after a successful sign-in on the door lock. The door handles must operate smoothly.
➤ Check all functions of the door lock.
9.6 Checking the emergency unlocking function
➤ Lock the door by turning the door knob twice.
➤ Press down the inner door handle. Both latch and bolt must be able to be
drawn back smoothly.
10 Maintaining the door lock
Regularly check the lock for ease of movement. Maintenance is required as
soon as the latch or the bolt of the door lock no longer open or close smoothly
using the door handle or the profile cylinder.
➤ Grease the door lock at the lubrication points (fig. 8, page 10).

11 Replacing the battery
The door lock batteries must be replaced after one year at the latest. In addition, the batteries must be changed immediately when the red and green
LEDs on the door lock flash alternately, indicating low battery power.

7 Description technique
Les serrures de porte DM 100 et DP100 sont composées des éléments
principaux suivants (fig. 1, page 3) :

Cylindre profilé (6)
Les piles situées dans l'ensemble de serrure côté intérieur alimentent en
tension le lecteur de carte situé dans l'ensemble de serrure côté extérieur. Le
lecteur de carte lit le moyen d'identification (DM 100 : SmartCard, DP100 :
transpondeur RFID) et débloque la porte pour une durée de 5 s. Lorsque le
moyen d'identification est inséré ou maintenu devant la serrure durant au
moins 10 s, la porte reste ouverte.
Après identification réussie, le loquet de porte extérieur est débloqué et la
porte peut être ouverte.
De l'intérieur, la serrure de porte peut être verrouillée ou déverrouillée par le
bouton du cylindre profilé.
De l'extérieur, la serrure de porte peut être verrouillée ou déverrouillée par la
clé de la porte.
De l'intérieur, la serrure de porte peut être ouverte par l'actionnement du
loquet intérieur, quel que soit le type de verrouillage.
Le loquet de porte débloque la clenche.
Le loquet de porte extérieur n'est pas fonctionnel tant que le lecteur de carte
n’a pas reconnu la carte.
Le loquet de porte intérieur débloque aussi bien la clenche que le pêne de la
serrure encastrée.
Le cylindre profilé pousse le pêne de la serrure encastrée en position de
verrouillage ou de déverrouillage et débloque la clenche.

9.1 Préparation du panneau de porte

➤ Nettoyez le boîtier de serrure et tous les trous percés en soufflant ou en

9.2 Montage de la serrure de porte
➤ Passez le câble de données de la serrure encastrée à travers l'ouverture

➤ Fixez la serrure encastrée avec deux vis dans le boîtier de serrure

➤ Montez l'ensemble de serrure côté extérieur avec la tige du loquet de
porte correspondante (fig. 5 2., page 7).

➤ Enlevez le cache du compartiment à piles (fig. 7 2., page 9).
➤ Retirez le câble d'alimentation électrique de la platine de commande
(fig. 7 3., page 9).
➤ Raccordez le calibrateur à la prise de calibrage (fig. 7 4., page 9).

Assurez-vous qu'aucun objet métallique ne se trouve à proximité
du lecteur de carte.

même temps. Le lecteur de carte peut être calibré.

facilement. La clenche peut être débloquée par l'actionnement du loquet
intérieur, quel que soit le type de verrouillage. La clenche peut être débloquée par l'actionnement du loquet extérieur uniquement si le lecteur de carte
a reconnu la carte. Les loquets de porte doivent pouvoir être actionnés
facilement.
➤ Contrôlez toutes les fonctions de la serrure de porte.
9.6 Contrôle de la fonction de déverrouillage d'urgence
➤ Verrouillez la porte en tournant deux fois le bouton de porte.
➤ Appuyez sur le loquet de porte intérieur. La clenche et le pêne doivent
pouvoir être débloqués facilement.
10 Maintenance de la serrure de porte
Vérifiez régulièrement la mobilité des pièces de la serrure. Une maintenance
est nécessaire dès que la clenche ou le pêne de la serrure ne se laissent plus
débloquer facilement par le loquet de porte ou le cylindre profilé.
➤ Lubrifiez la serrure de porte aux points de lubrification (fig. 8, page 10).

Les piles de la serrure de porte doivent être changées au plus tard au bout
d'un an. Les piles doivent par ailleurs être changées immédiatement lorsque
la serrure de porte indique une sous-tension des piles par le clignotement
alternatif des LED rouge et verte.

Las torsiones producidas por un montaje indebido pueden
dañar la cerradura. Por este motivo, monte la cerradura sin que
se produzcan torsiones.

7 Descripción técnica
Las cerraduras de puerta DM 100 y DP100 constan de los siguientes componentes principales (fig. 1, página 3):

Las pilas provistas en el escudo interior de la puerta suministran tensión al
lector de tarjetas provisto en el esciudo exterior de la puerta. El lector de tarjetas lee el medio de identificación (DM100: SmartCard, DP100: transpondedor RFID) y desbloquea la puerta durante un intervalo de 5 s. La puerta
queda abierta si el medio de identificación permanece insertado o colocado
delante del lector por lo menos durante 10 s.
Cuando se ha realizado correctamente la identificación en la cerradura de la
puerta, el picaporte exterior de la puerta se acopla y ésta se puede abrir.
Por dentro, la cerradura se bloquea y desbloquea con el pomo
y por fuera, con la llave de la puerta.
Por dentro, la cerradura se puede abrir con el picaporte interior de la puerta,
sea cual sea el estado de bloqueo.
Los picaportes retraen el gatillo.
El picaporte exterior solo funciona si se realiza correctamente la identificación en el lector de tarjetas.
El picaporte interior retrae el gatillo y el pestillo de la cerradura de embutir.
El bombín empuja el pestillo de la cerradura de embutir a la posición de
bloqueo o de desbloqueo y retrae el gatillo.

8.1 Abrir la cerradura de la puerta desde fuera
➤ Solo DM 100: Introduzca la tarjeta SmartCard en el lector de la cerradura

9.1 Preparar la hoja de la puerta

➤ Perfore los agujeros y abra la cavidad para la cerradura:
– DM 100: fig. 2, página 4 y fig. 4, página 6.
– DP100: fig. 3, página 5 y fig. 4, página 6.
➤ Limpie el alojamiento de la cerradura y todos los agujeros perforados
soplando o aspirando.
9.2 Montar la cerradura de la puerta
➤ Pase el cable de datos de la cerrdura de embutir por arriba a través de la
cavidad.
➤ Fije las cerradura de embutir con dos tornillos en el alojamiento
(fig. 5 1., página 7).
La hoja de la puerta debe tener una profundidad de por lo menos
35
mm.
➤ Monte el escudo exterior de la puerta con el correspondiente cuadradillo
del picaporte (fig. 5 2., página 7).
➤ Solo DP100: Una el cable de datos ancho con el escudo exterior de la
puerta.
➤ Monte el escudo interior de la puerta con el correspondiente cuadradillo
del picaporte y fíjelo con tres tornillos (fig. 5 3., página 7).
➤ Monte el bombín (fig. 5 4., página 7).
➤ Fije el bombín con el tornillo fiador (fig. 5 5., página 7).
➤ Conecte el cable de datos necesario con la placa de control.
➤ Desconecte el cable de alimentación de tensión de la placa de control
(fig. 6 3., página 8).
➤ Coloque cuatro pilas AA nuevas en el portapilas (fig. 6 5., página 8).

9.3 Calibrar el lector de tarjetas (solo DP100)
El lector de tarjetas del DP100 se debe calibrar antes de la puesta en
servicio.
➤ Suelte el tornillo del portapilas (fig. 7 1., página 9).
➤ Retire la tapa del portapilas (fig. 7 2., página 9).
➤ Desconecte el cable de alimentación de tensión de la placa de control
(fig. 7 3., página 9).
➤ Conecte el calibrador en el conector de calibrado (fig. 7 4., página 9).

➤ Conecte el cable de alimentación de tensión a la placa de control
(fig. 7 5., página 9).
Asegúrese de que no se encuentre ninguna tarjeta ni objetos metálicos en las proximidades del lector de tarjetas.

El gatillo y el pestillo de la cerradura se deben poder cerrar y abrir con facilidad. Con el picaporte interior se debe poder retraer el gatillo desde cualquier
posición de bloqueo. Con el picaporte exterior solo se debe ser posible abrir
el gatillo de la puerta cuando la identificación ha tenido lugar correctamente.
Ambos picaportes se deben poder manejar con facilidad.
➤ Compruebe todas las funciones de la cerradura.
9.6 Comprobar la función de desbloqueo de emergencia
➤ Bloquee la puerta girando dos veces el pomo.
➤ Presione hacia abajo el picaporte interior. Tanto el gatillo como el pestillo
se deben poder retraer con facilidad.
10 Mantenimiento y cuidado de la
cerradura
Compruebe a intervalos regulares si la cerradura marcha con suavidad. Es
necesario proceder al mantenimiento en cuanto el gatillo o el pestillo de la
cerradura no abran o cierren con facilidad al accionarse los picaportes o el
bombín.
➤ Lubrique entonces la cerradura por los puntos de lubricación (fig. 8,
página 10).

A más tardar, las pilas de la cerradura se han de cambiar después de un año.
Independientemente de ello, también se han de cambiar si parpadean alternativamente los LED rojo y verde indicando que queda poca carga.

➤ Retire la tapa del portapilas (fig. 6 2., página 8).
➤ Desconecte el cable de alimentación de tensión de la placa de control

giare la serratura della porta. Montare la serratura della porta
evitando serraggi eccessivi.

7 Descrizione tecnica
Le serrature DM 100 e DP100 sono costituite dai seguenti elementi principali
(fig. 1, pagina 3):

Le batterie presenti nel ferramento interno della porta alimentano con tensione il lettore di schede nel ferramento esterno della porta. Il lettore di schede
legge il mezzo di identificazione (DM 100: SmartCard, DP100: transponder
RFID) e abilita la porta per un intervallo di tempo di 5 sec. La porta viene permanentemente aperta se il mezzo di identificazione viene inserito o tenuto
davanti al lettore per almeno 10 sec.
Se la registrazione è riuscita sulla serratura della porta viene accoppiata la
maniglia esterna della porta e la porta può essere aperta.
Dall’interno la serratura della porta viene bloccata e sbloccata dal pomello
nel cilindro profilato.
Dall’esterno la serratura della porta viene bloccata e sbloccata dalla chiave.
Dall’interno la serratura della porta può essere aperta con la maniglia interna
della porta in ogni stato di bloccaggio.
Le maniglie tirano indietro il saliscendi.
Se la registrazione sul lettore delle schede non è riuscita, la maniglia esterna
della porta non è funzionante.
La maniglia interna della porta tira indietro sia il saliscendi che il chiavistello
della serratura incassata.
Il cilindro profilato spinge il chiavistello della serratura incassata nella
posizione di bloccaggio o sbloccaggio e tira indietro il saliscendi.

9 Montaggio della serratura della porta
9.1 Preparazione dell’anta della porta
NOTA

➤ Praticare i fori con il trapano e preparare le rientranze per la serratura:
– DM 100: fig. 2, pagina 4 e fig. 4, pagina 6.
– DP100: fig. 3, pagina 5 e fig. 4, pagina 6.
➤ Pulire la rientranza della serratura e tutti i fori con aria compressa o
aspirazione.
La profondità dell’anta della porta deve essere almeno 35
9.2 Montaggio della serratura della porta
➤
Portare il cavo dati della serratura incassata in alto attraverso la rientranza.
➤ Fissare la serratura incassata con due viti nella rientranza della serratura
(fig. 5 1., pagina 7).
➤ Montare il ferramento esterno della porta con il rispettivo perno della
maniglia (fig. 5 2., pagina 7).

➤ Solo DP100: collegare il cavo dati largo con il ferramento esterno della
porta.
➤ Montare il ferramento interno della porta con il rispettivo perno della
maniglia e fissarlo con tre viti (fig. 5 3., pagina 7).

➤ Fissare il cilindro profilato con la vite a testa svasata (fig. 5 5., pagina 7).
➤ Collegare il cavo dati necessario con la scheda di controllo.

➤ Inserire quattro nuove batterie AA nel vano batteria (fig. 6 5., pagina 8).

9.3 Calibrazione del lettore di schede (solo DP100)
Il lettore di schede della DP100 deve essere calibrato prima della messa in
funzione.
➤ Svitare la vite del vano batteria (fig. 7 1., pagina 9).
➤ Rimuovere la copertura del vano batteria (fig. 7 2., pagina 9).
➤ Estrarre il cavo per l’alimentazione di tensione dalla scheda di controllo
(fig. 7 3., pagina 9).
➤ Collegare il calibratore alla boccola di calibrazione (fig. 7 4., pagina 9).

➤ Collegare il cavo per l’alimentazione di tensione alla scheda di controllo
(fig. 7 5., pagina 9).
✓ Il LED verde rimane acceso per un secondo. Poi entrambi i LED rimango-
no accesi per un secondo. Dopo 5 – 10 secondi entrambi i LED rimangono accesi contemporaneamente. Il lettore di schede può essere calibrato.
➤ Portare il transponder RFID sul lettore di schede.
Assicurarsi che non si trovino schede e oggetti metallici in prossimità del lettore di schede.
➤ Se entrambi i LED si spengono, rimuovere il transponder RFID dal lettore
di schede.
✓ Dopo almeno 3 secondi sono accesi uno o più LED:

9.4 Programmazione della serratura della porta
➤ Seguire le indicazioni nel manuale della programmazione.
9.5 Controllo della funzionalità
Il saliscendi e il chiavistello della serratura della porta devono chiudere e aprire in modo scorrevole. Mediante la maniglia, il saliscendi deve poter essere
tirato indietro in ogni stato di bloccaggio. Attraverso la maniglia esterna, il
saliscendi può essere aperto solo dopo che sulla serratura della porta la
registrazione è riuscita. La maniglia della porta deve poter essere attivata
agevolmente.
➤ Controllare tutte le funzioni della serratura della porta.
9.6 Controllo del funzionamento del dispositivo di
sbloccaggio di emergenza
➤ Bloccare la porta ruotando due volte il pomello della porta.
➤ Premere la maniglia della porta interna. Deve risultare possibile tirare
indietro agevolmente sia il saliscendi che il chiavistello.
10 Manutenzione della serratura della
porta
Controllare regolarmente che la serratura scorra bene. Una manutenzione
è necessaria appena il saliscendi o il chiavistello della serratura della porta
non aprono o chiudono più in modo scorrevole mediante la maniglia della
porta o il cilindro profilato.
➤ Lubrificare la serratura della porta nei punti di lubrificazione (fig. 8,
pagina 10).

Al massimo dopo un anno è necessario sostituire le batterie della serratura
della porta. Inoltre le batterie devono essere immediatamente sostituite se la
serratura della porta, attraverso un lampeggio intermittente dei LED rosso
e verde, indica una tensione della batteria bassa.

6 Ändamålsenlig användning
Dörrlåsen DM 100 och DP100 är utformade för att monteras i inomhusdörrar
på hotell.
7 Teknisk beskrivning
Dörrlåsen DM 100 och DP100 består av följande huvudelement (bild 1,
sida 3):

Yttre dörrbeslag (1)
Inre dörrbeslag (8)
Profilcylinder (6)
Kortläsaren i det yttre dörrbeslaget drivs av batterierna i det inre dörrbeslaget. Kortläsaren läser av identifieringshjälpmedlet (DM100: SmartCard,
DP100: RFID-transponder) och låser upp dörren under 5 s. Dörren låses inte
automatiskt igen om identifieringshjälpmedlet hålls vid kortläsaren minst
10 s.
Om identifieringshjälpmedlet stämmer överens med kortläsaren låses det
yttre dörrhandtaget upp och dörren kan öppnas.
Inifrån kan man öppna och låsa dörrlåset med hjälp av knappen i profilcylindern.
Utifrån kan man öppna och låsa dörrlåset med hjälp av dörrnyckeln.
Oavsett om det är låst eller inte kan man öppna låset med det inre dörrhandtaget.
Genom att trycka ner dörrhandtagen dras dörrhaken tillbaka.
Det yttre dörrhandtaget går inte att använda utan rätt identifieringshjälpmedel
för kortläsaren.
Det inre dörrhandtaget drar tillbaka både dörrhaken och instickslåsets regel.
Profilcylindern skjuter instickslåsets regeln till låsnings- eller upplåsningspositionen och drar tillbaka dörrhaken.

8.1 Öppna dörrlåset utifrån

9 Montera dörrlåset
9.1 Förbereda dörrblad
ANVISNING
I
➤ Gör hål och urtag för dörrlåset:
– DM 100: bild 2, sida 4 och bild 4, sida 6.
– DP100: bild 3, sida 5 och bild 4, sida 6.
➤ Rengör urtaget för låset och alla borrhåll genom att blåsa bort eller suga
upp alla rester.
9.2 Montera dörrlåset
➤ För instickslåsets datakabel upptill genom ursparningen.
➤ Fäst instickslåset med två skruvar i urtaget (bild 5 1., sida 7).
➤ Montera det yttre dörrhandtaget med motsvarande tryckstift (bild 5 2.,
sida 7).
➤ Endast DP100: Anslut den breda datakabeln med det yttre dörrhand-
taget.
Dörrbladet måste vara minst 35 mm brett.
➤ Montera det inre dörrhandtaget med motsvarande tryckstift och fäst det
med tre skruvar (bild 5 3., sida 7).
➤ Montera profilcylindern (bild 5 4., sida 7).
➤ Fixera profilcylindern med den inre låsskruven (bild 5 5., sida 7).
➤ Anslut de nödvändiga datakablarna till styrkretskortet.
➤ Lossa strömkabeln från styrkretskortet (bild 6 3., sida 8).
➤ Sätt i fyra nya AA-batterier i batterifacket (bild 6 5., sida 8).
➤ Anslut strömkabeln till styrkretskortet (bild 6 6., sida 8).
➤ Montera batterifackets kåpa (bild 6 7., sida 8).

Kortläsaren på DP100 måste kalibreras innan den börjar användas.

➤ Lossa strömkabeln från styrkretskortet (bild 7 3., sida 9).
➤ Anslut kalibratorn till kalibreringsuttaget (bild 7 4., sida 9).

samtidigt. Kortläsaren kan kalibreras.
➤ För RFID-transpondern till kortläsaren.
➤ När båda lysdioderna slocknar, avlägsna RFID-transpondern från
kortläsaren.
✓ Efter max. 3 sekunder tänds en eller flera lysdioder:
Se till att inga metallföremål finns i närheten av kortläsaren.

9.4 Programmera dörrlåset

9.5 Kontrollera funktion
Dörrhaken och dörrlåsets regel måste kunna förreglas och öppnas utan att
kärva. Via det inre dörrhandtaget måste man vid alla typer av regleringar
kunna dra tillbaka dörrhaken. Via det yttre dörrhandtaget ska man kunna
öppna dörrhaken endast om identifieringshjälpmedlet stämmer överens med
dörrlåset. Dörrhandtagen ska gå lätt och får inte kärva.
➤ Kontrollera dörrlåsets samtliga funktioner.
9.6 Kontrollera nödupplåsningsfunktionen
➤ Lås dörren genom att rotera dörrknoppen två gånger.
➤ Tryck ner det inre dörrhandtaget. Både dörrhake och regel måste lätt
kunna dras tillbaka och får inte kärva.
10 Underhåll av dörrlåset
Kontrollera att dörrlåset inte kärvar. Dörrlåset måste underhållas så fort
dörrlåsets dörrhake eller regel kärvar när man försöker öppna dörrlåset med
dörrhandtaget eller profilcylindern.

Efter max. ett år måste dörrlåsets batterier bytas. Dessutom måste
