r e t h e rm applications. T h e r m o - c o n ve c t i o n
occurs when air is forced around the
heating elements by a specially designed
t u r b i n e , channeling air through the side
ve n t s. This guarantees maximum heat
exchange and a unifo rm product
t e m p e r a t u r e .
P r o g ramming on the front control panel is
easy and reliabl e . Limitless times can be
set independently to suit specific requirements and there are two auto pre-set
times that the user can program – a long
and a short progra m . A single time can be
used when products of a similar nature
are loaded. If a va r iety of products are to
be therm a l i zed at the same time the fo o d
of a higher thermal conductivity is loaded
first and the short cycle initiated. W h e n
the alarm signals the end of the short
cycle the rest of the products is then
loaded and then the long cycle is
e n g a g e d . At the end of this cycle all produ c t s , regardless of the va r ious densities,
are within similar temperature ra n g e s .
The rethermalization temperature is controlled by a preset thermostat and cannot
be tampered with by an unauthori ze d
o p e r a t o r. In addition, a safety therm o s t a t
protects from any overheating to ensure
total operator safe t y.

The interior and ex t e r ior of the
T h e rmatronic ovens are constructed of
polished 304 stainless steel with and electroplated enameled inner fra m e . T h e
chamber has rounded coroners and
smooth walls for easy cleaning.
