THERMAL•AIRE™ CART
Application
The Thermal•Aire™ has been designed
to mate with the Thermal•Aire™ docking
station during the refrigeration and
rethermalization phase of the food delivery
process. Combining state-of-the-art
precision convection, and simultaneous
refrigeration, the Thermal•Aire™ system
optimizes exibility and simplicity of
operation, while enhancing food quality,
presentation and the ability to expand
menu choices. Assembled meal trays
are stored in meal delivery carts under
forced cold air refrigeration until the
rethermalization process begins. Prior to
meal service, hot air is circulated around
the food that is to be served hot, while
cold air continues to refrigerate the cold
foods. Dinex
makes the process safe, simple to use,
and highly cost effective. The
Thermal•Aire™ cart is divided into two
chambers:
• A cold chamber for the foods that
are to remain chilled.
• A hot chamber for the meal items
that are to be served hot.

Thermal•Aire Cart
The Thermal•Aire™ cart is a single tray
system, which has an insulated divider
that forms a barrier, separating hot foods
from cold foods when placed in the cart.
This allows individual meals to be gently
rethermed, while keeping cold items
perfectly chilled. Patented AireDam
Auto-divider allows variable positioning
of at trays, to increase and decrease
hot/cold side. The Thermal•Aire™ system
allows for the use of practically any type
of dishware, allowing meal presentations
to be individualized for many types of
facilities.
The snug t of the Thermal•Aire™ cart
into the docking station ensures
completely rethermalized and chilled
meals within a 40 to 50 minute
rethermalization cycle.
