Application
Base heaters are designed for heating
both System 7 & 9 wax base.
Construction
Exterior is constructed of 18-gauge 300
stainless steel. Inner wall of the cabinet
is constructed of .063 high-strength
aluminum. All sides and top of cabinet
are insulated with fiberglass for heat
retention and energy efficiency. The
cabinet is mounted on four 5” extra-load
swivel casters (two with brakes) with
non-marking cushion tread wheel.
Heating System
The heating system is thermostatically
controlled, using forced air with a 3200watt element to heat the cabinet interior
compartment. It is a 208/220 volt,
60 Hz unit and features a 6’ long 20 AMP
power cord and NEMA 6-20P plug.
Dispenser
The self-leveling dispensers are
constructed of stainless steel with selflubricating bearings that ride over vertical
guide rods to prevent carriage binding.
Accommodates 7” and 9” bases
