Application

The tray drying rack is Ideal for drying
trays without contact, allowing air to
circulate freely for faster drying.

Construction

Shelf frames are constructed of 1.5”
round corner tube (.070” wall) and

1.5” x 2” tube (.070” wall) welded to four
heavy duty extruded aluminum collars
which accommodates the post uprights.
A stainless steel set screw is provided
in each collar to lock the shelf at the
desired height on the uprights. This unit
has 1.5” spacing (40 slots) per shelf.

Uprights are extruded aluminum pipe
with an outside diameter of 1.3125” and
a wall thickness of .15”. Each post is
marked in 2” increments and fitted with a
plastic cap in each end. Rack shall be
mounted on four 5” non-marking
casters.

For freight savings this unit ships
“knocked-down” and is easy
to assemble.
