SECTION 1 - UNPACK & SET-UP
Be careful to inspect your dispenser for any damage as you are unpacking.Remove all protective tape and packing materials.
Make sure parts are properly assembled before loading with trays or racks.Install carrier by setting “L”shaped arms on round bars through the vertical slots in the pylon (Figure 1).
Engage top round bar by lifting front of carrier about 4” and sliding top of arms back into pylon. Now,lower front of carrier and top of arms should engage upper round bar and retain the carrier in place.I t travels smoothly up and down.Begin loading the dispenser with the trays or racks you wish to dispense. As you are loading observe the level being maintained by the dispenser. The top of the stack should remain at a convenient height as you add to or remove from the stack,if so,your dispenser is ready to use. If the stack does not stay at a convenient height, that is the top climbs to an excessive height or falls to an inconvenient level, you will need to calibrate the dispenser to match the load.Follow the calibration instructions below.
SECTION 2 - CALIBRATION
1.Remove carrier assembly by lifting front up and away from pylon,as shown in Figure 1a.
