Unifl ow Circulation - On S-Series Walk-In Ovens, uni ow air ow delivers heated
air from both sides of the chamber for uniform operating temperatures. is air
moves horizontally and vertically through the work chamber to be reheated and
recirculated through the system.

Proportioning gas burners on gas fi red models
for smooth and precise

FM approved hi-limit over temperature
